Newbie With No Confidence

I’ve been on and off with PE for about a year and a half, mostly off. I think the longest I’ve done it is maybe 3 weeks. I’m a mess with commitment but in tired of being average.

I have no confidence at all so I think it’s small even though my girlfriend yells at me whenever I bring it up saying I’m not at all and its above average. I stand at about 6 inches BPEL (maybe a little more with good EQ, which is rare nowadays). I’m only 20 and I am on anti anxiety meds so I think that’s a contributing factor to my EQ problems.

Recently, my girlfriend and I have gone on a break but for a month because of certain circumstances and it’s breaking my heart. Of course, my anxiety is putting a terrible knot in my stomach telling me my penis has something to do with it OR if she sleeps with someone else, they’re going to be hung like a horse and she leaves me for him; although that would be pretty cold considering 2 years of dating and being with each other for 4 (she’s 19 I’m 20).

I’m fed up though with no confidence. I know PE works because this would be the greatest scam of all time with the amount of success stories if it wasn’t.

I’m going to start the newbie routine and stick with it. I think a reasonable goal would be 6.5 BPEL as I would be satisfied there knowing that’s pushing large and bigger than average.

Would you recommend me buying a pump to incorporate into my newbie routine, like 5 minutes warm up, pump, stretch, then jelq and then finally warm down? Or for 3 months would you recommend just the newbie routine?

I have extremely tight ligaments. Like really tight where it causes pain if I try to push my dick down. So I know if I get them loose, that could lead to potentially significant gains, no? My erections stick straight up and hug my stomach basically.

I would really appreciate any info or feed back.

Hello Kmac, fellow newbie here I’m 3 weeks in myself and for me I have started this journey with no real expectations but with commitment; the way I see it is if I gain it’s s bonus but if I don’t well hay that’s just the way it is.. You are not small by any means but you probably won’t believe me when I say that, so you will just have to love what you have for now and if PE gets you to your goal then it will just be more to love.. It won’t however make everything right only you can do that by taking a holistic approach to why you feel the way you do; I wish you the very best of luck I am sure with commitment you will get there.

Commitment is an indispensable requirement, because PE takes time. If your goal is to get bigger penis, you will need to clear your schedule (If that’s the case) to insert PE exercises. There are no exceptions, PE is hard work and patience, for everybody. Ok, some grows more or a little faster than others, but I assign this to the technique and experience applied (there are more variables that impacts in our growth, sooner or later you will learn about them here).

Start with manuals-only before implement any equipment: Linear Newbie Routine. PI must be monitored all the way: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!.

A good warm up (10 minutes minimum) should loose up this tightness you got down there. If possible, apply contant heat to keep them loose during the PE exercises.

What’s your erect girth?


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

What’s your erect girth?

I have to measure my erect girth but if I remember correctly when using a shoe lace and then using a rule to compare, it was around 5". Could be less though, I have to double check when home.

What’s the reasoning behind not stretching during the Linear Newbie Routine? Should I follow it to a tee besides trying JP 90 for only 3 weeks? I found JP 90 very tedious for a beginner as there was a lot of jelqing and v-jelqing for someone who just started. On top of that, v-jelqs seemed useless to me.

You should not worry, at all, about your current size. You can please any decent girl (or boy) out there.

Stretches should be avoided because beginners, in most cases, gets spontaneous erections while stretching (happens alot to me). There are few cases of people losing EQ because of this “newbie-stage” stretches.

In you case should be postponed at all costs, because you have tight ligaments. It is not the end of the world tho, you can gain length by jelqing. Make sure to stay jelqing at 40 to 60% erection level.

With the possibility of me having tight ligaments, does that make gaining that much harder? Or it shouldn’t matter? Am I in a better position with tight ligaments because by loosening them through excersize, I can gain length?

I should point out that when I say my penis hurts when pushing down on it towards pointing straight out , is only when I have a good-erection quality hard-on.

If my EQ is decent and around 85%/90% I can push down and straight out while having sex with my girlfriend, and if it’s a really good EQ, after a few moments of sex and warming up, I suppose, it can become somewhat flexible but definitely does feel tight (not really pain) when pushing it down to point straight out.

Hard to tell If will be harder or easier. The difference is the approach that you will have to use. One thing is for sure: choose the safest way (leave the stretches for later). Don’t worth risking too much at this point. We have alot of years in front of us my friend, there’s no need to rush.

Hello, fellow newbie glad to see you have found in my honest opinion the best forum around.stay at it this stuff works.

The only thing I can add from experience while stretching in the past is that I do feel my life definitely being stretched and I know when it’s too far due to pain but I don’t naturally pop erections from stretching. When I’m flaccid and even 50-75% erect I move my dick with no pain in any direction. It’s that once I pass that 75% erection level pushing closer to 90% is when it becomes tight.

Life was supposed to be ligs, as in ligaments. Apologies as I missed that error after the 10 minutes mark.
