Hello! I’m new to ThundersPlace’s forum, I found it today and I spend the last few hours reading and reading. I’m a teenager that’s unsatisfied with his size, so I’d give it a try. I wanted to ask which newbie routine is most better, I see the both that are featured here are pretty much the same except that one require way more jelqs. And also how do you measure the flaccid penis length? I mean it depends on lots of things, but it’s always different. How do you measure it?

For a teenager a specific routine could be required, depending on what you mean with that word; how old are you exactly?

measure it bpfsl > bone pressed flaccid stretched length ….

Try out the linear routine for a while, see how it goes. If there is some natural growth still going on you could need very little to enhance it.

See my site for measuring instructions, and an approach I consider safer than “traditional” jelging.

The natural growth has stopped years ago. I was hoping since I’m still young it will grow a little bit more, but it’s just not happening, so I decided to try jelqing. Now I’m at about 5.6” BPEL and about 4.8 - 5” NBPEL (I’ve got some fat that I gotta take a rid off). This isn’t satisfying size at all, and there’s no need to try and convince myself that size doesn’t matter. It has a huge impact on your self-esteem. Anyway, I’ll try the Linear Newbie Routine, although I’m not sure if I’m doing the dry jelqing right (due to lack of privacy I can’t do the wet jelq for now). I’m circumcised, but I don’t think that’s the problem. I’m not sure how much pressure should I put while doing it. It looks like they’re squeezing it really hard on the videos here. When I did it, I could clearly see my glans filling with blood and expanding (like it’s gonna explode, is that normal?)

I am 18 too. I think that with the PE and normal natural growth I have reach my gains. But still I am not pleased with it.

You shouldn’t squeeze really hard, expecially when you are doing dry jelqs; you should squeeze just as tight enough is required for moving blood inside your penis, which is the main point of doing jelqs. Aso be sure to understand how to perform dry jelqs, you should move your skin with your hand - skin should be used as a lubricant, if you get what I mean. Avoid a too high erection level also, about 60% is optimal.

Do you have to always keep pressure on your penis while jelqing? Also, is a hot shower gonna do the same as the hot wrap? And should I do the stretches while I’m under the shower?

No you shouldn’t do your stretches under the shower, although it’s not forbidden. A hot wrap is better than a hot shower. The remaining question is unclear.

I also gotta ask. I get to as you said about 60%, but than after a few jelqs, I get lost in counting and worrying if I’m doing it right, and I loose erection. Is this normal?

I think that is pretty common. Try jelqing for time instead of reps. For instance, each rep should require about 3 seconds. If you want to do 200 reps, then just set a timer for 10 minutes and get to work. Then there’s no need to think about keeping track of anything mentally during your workout.
