I started reading a lot of PE forums over the past week or two, and I’ve read all the risks, PIS/NIS, routines, etc. However, I would like some more information. After you guys have made some gains, is your dick the exact same only larger? Or is it discolored/ spongy? Do you notice any other physical changes that have resulted in PE? I’m asking because I would love to gain some girth, but already fairly okay with my size. I’m a bit under 7in BPEL and 4.75EG. I would be devastated if I fucked up (injured severely/not gained but made it look fucked up) my already pretty good dick. Also on a different note, as I said before I would like to gain some girth. I understand jelqing is the excersize for it especially for a newbie, but do I have to incorporate stretches into my routine to expedite the girth gains? I really just care about adding around .5 inches in girth. Thanks

If you’re careful, and use good judgment, your dick should function as well,( or more likely, better) as before. In most successful PE’ers cases, it looks bigger, healthier, and veinier. Pretty much the only reason it might look worse, or not function as well, is because of careless handling. ( being in a rush, not listening to the experienced veterans, using poor techniques, etc)

My dick is, for the most part, the same dick I had before, only bigger. However, I do a lot of pumping which increased my girth by over an inch but did result in a slight darkening on the shaft. My wife has never made a comment on the darkening; however, she definitely enjoys the increased girth.

I’m a newbie to the PE thing too, started about 6 months ago went hard first 3 months (too hard) had to reset back to normal penis and re tried again. If you’re careful and respect PE then yes you’ll have harder erections and bigger all around, for you wanting mainly girth and just a small goal of .5 inches then I would suggest a penis pump, at first only go like 10 minutes but eventually you’ll work up to more time. I’m up to 20 minute sessions now about to jump up to 25.. Yes you should always warm up but I wrap a heating pad around the pump while I’m in it the entire time the extra added heat helps so much with gains. I started at around 4.25 4.3 and just the other day when I came out of the tube I measured 5 / 5.1 if you have patience and do it right it will work and probably make your EQ better and harder

Thanks for the quick and informative responses guys! Sully and warren, both of you used pumps. Do you think a pump is a good option for someone with no prior experience and who’s goals are to increase girth and decrease risk of injury? My other option is to jelq, but a pump seems to be an easier tool to control intensity which may help to decrease risk of injury. Thoughts?

I’d start with the Newbie Routine for three or four months. It may give you just what you’re looking for and if done correctly, it’s pretty safe.

I’ve gained almost an inch in length and over a half inch in girth doing the Newbie Routine at first and variations of it for the last year and a half so.

After 3 or 4 months of the Newbie, you will have conditioned your penis and then you can start pumping, if necessary.

Well I’ll be honest I just jumped right into the pump, always drive past this adult store until one day I thought I wonder what having a penis pump feels like stopped to pick one up and the rest is history, been using it ever since. I do want to try the newbie routine but I would say if you want to just start pumping go ahead just be careful as I have been. I recommend heating pad for warm up and during get some water based lube for it too. My starting routine was a warm up of tugging around and heat pad for 5 mins or so then one 10 minute session take a few minute break and play around with it, this is when a lot of guys jelq too, then back in for another 10 and then you’re done play with it a little again at the end but don’t beat off every time. After like 2 weeks you could move up to 15 minutes sessions and so on

Pumping usually is not what I recommend early on. It just is not as effective for most newbies. I’d wait some months before giving that a whirl, to be honest.
