How do I make a rice sock then ? Really new to this :D

You’ve got the basic idea. Just make sure to not over heat it. (4 minutes…Yikes !!! That’d probably burst into flames in my microwave.) Anyway, when it’s the proper temperature, wrap it around your penis to warm it. Don’t fill it so full that it’s not flexible. Experiment. It should hold a nice heat for several minutes. When it cools off, just re-heat.

Haha I put it on 2 minutes, but that was really hot also :D I filled it with rice and as you said, made it somewhat flexible. Then I just put it on the penis like a sock almost. Almost like a condom :D Well, it was quite nice actually haha. Had it on for like 10 minutes (just because it was a nice feeling :D ). And then jelqed 20 jelqs, and now after-warm-up.

I’ve also noticed that I’ve got new small veins. I guess that’s normal ?

Yes the new veins are normal and good. More vascularity should accompany growth. Just proceed carefully

So, I’ll be going in to my third week now. I will be picking up stretching this coming week, and I’m wondering how hard of an erection, if any, I can have without hurting myself. And if I’m not supposed to have a slight (40-80% like jelq), will it be ok to take pauses ? Thx.

I think I understand your description of “warm-burning”. I’d guess it’s the extra blood flow and just generally feeling “worked”. As long as it’s not uncomfortable or painful I’d bet that you’ve got nothing to worry about.

And stretching should be done completely flaccid.

Yes, you may pause between stretches. For example stretch left for 30 seconds, then pause for a few seconds, then stretch right for 30 seconds then rest, and so-on. I see no problem with that. And, I admire your caution. It’s so much better than charging forward hoping for instant gains and getting injured.

How is the linear routine working for you? I just finished up month 2 and I’m loving it myself

UCRugger - Well so far I love it. But I’ve only gone 3 weeks, so no visible gains so far. My EQ is more powerful and it “feels” like it has grown some also, but that’s probably from the EQ being stronger :P.

So, I love it as I said, and I hope I will see some gains in the near future. How is it working for you ?

How hard should I stretch ? And I’m not so sure I will be able to keep it completely flaccid either.. Not 100% anyways. Tips on how to stretch ? I would also like to know how to tell when the penis is completely flaccid, might be a dumb question, but as I’ve said before - better to be on the safe side.

Is it completely flaccid when I’m not able to “flex it” (hard to explain.) at all anymore, or is there some other way to tell ?

I think a very slight bit of erection wouldn’t be all that bad. A completely flaccid penis should be easier to stretch. though. And yes, pulling back the skin, (I’m assuming you’re uncircumcised?) should make it easier to grasp just behind the glans.

I’m thinking maybe you’re overthinking this a bit. I’d recommend just proceeding carefully as you have been, and relax. Keep doing the routine and eventually you’ll “find your groove”. All of the “mechanics” of it will become second nature and you’ll be able to do the routine worry-free.
