Newbie wants to apply more force
Hi everyone.
I started a month ago with PE. The first 3 weeks I followed the newbie routine.
My PI’s were great, but I realised, that some strange "steel cord" was taking all the stress while stretching. I felt like manual stretches could be a waste of time for me..
So, I came here and read a lot about all this.
A valuable thread was : Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum
Especially firegoat’s last post
And this one: Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism
Ok, so the last week of my first month I started doing A stretches and fulcrum stuff like mentioned in the thread applying heat with a IR lamp.
The last week , my PI’s were not as good as usual.. Still good, but noticeable less morning wood and my penis felt really tired after the stretches..
Now I’m a little bit concerned of
1. Overdoing it / applying to much force too early on my PE journey and adapting too easily to this kind of stress or worse to injure myself
2. Wasting my time 3-6month with normal manual stretches.
So my question are..
Should I continue to do the normal newbie routine , even though I have the strong feeling it will not help my in length gains at all, or can I trust my feelings /knowledge and start with other manual exercises which do stress
My penis "better"? Has someone started in a similar position (this super tough steel cord thingy) and gained length in the first 6 month with newbie exercises?
Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying PE is a complete waste of time, it does many things besides increasing the size, which all are desirable, but since I’m a 25young guy with excellent EQ and a healthy sex life,
My main motivation for PEing is gaining Length and I’m only trying to to find the best way that works for me without following a routine like a brain-dead for months and eventually realising that I could have done better.
Thanks for your advices!
Oh btw
