Newbie wants to apply more force

Newbie wants to apply more force

Hi everyone.

I started a month ago with PE. The first 3 weeks I followed the newbie routine.
My PI’s were great, but I realised, that some strange "steel cord" was taking all the stress while stretching. I felt like manual stretches could be a waste of time for me..
So, I came here and read a lot about all this.
A valuable thread was : Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum
Especially firegoat’s last post
And this one: Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

Ok, so the last week of my first month I started doing A stretches and fulcrum stuff like mentioned in the thread applying heat with a IR lamp.
The last week , my PI’s were not as good as usual.. Still good, but noticeable less morning wood and my penis felt really tired after the stretches..

Now I’m a little bit concerned of
1. Overdoing it / applying to much force too early on my PE journey and adapting too easily to this kind of stress or worse to injure myself
2. Wasting my time 3-6month with normal manual stretches.

So my question are..
Should I continue to do the normal newbie routine , even though I have the strong feeling it will not help my in length gains at all, or can I trust my feelings /knowledge and start with other manual exercises which do stress
My penis "better"? Has someone started in a similar position (this super tough steel cord thingy) and gained length in the first 6 month with newbie exercises?

Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying PE is a complete waste of time, it does many things besides increasing the size, which all are desirable, but since I’m a 25young guy with excellent EQ and a healthy sex life,
My main motivation for PEing is gaining Length and I’m only trying to to find the best way that works for me without following a routine like a brain-dead for months and eventually realising that I could have done better.

Thanks for your advices!

Oh btw

Stick with the newbie routine and gradually change it each month if you see no gains. I’m noticing that I do small tweaks my routine about every two weeks but I’m basing it off of what my PIs are telling me. I’m also seeing that I’m jelqing less now than two weeks ago due to better technique.

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

uaembo,

Welcome to the forum.

A lot of the reason we talk about doing the Newbie Routine first is conditioning. Yes the septum is a limiting factor for stretching the tunica and it’s a lot of work to get over it but in initial months, length gains may primarily be from stretching the ligaments.

It’s fair to say that stretches need less conditioning than serious girth exercises but, yeah, if you ramp up the force you are leaving yourself with no route to go other than hanging and then hanging heavy weights. At this point, my dear fellow, you have a penis of steel capable of resisting any force. Generally we don’t consider that to be the point of PE.

Adapt your routine in light of measurements. You have enough time now to judge whether you are growing, probably. Adapt carefully because no one gains while they are injured.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

Don’t rush it and get hurt in the process.

Starting date: 12/10/2012 = 6.000 BPEL, 4.500 mseg.7/9/2014 = 7.688 BPEL. 4.875 MSEG

Goal = 8.500 BPEL, 6.500 mseg

Hey guys, thanks for the response!

I will stick to the newbie routine until march but increase the stretch time in my routine.
I hope I can keep my mental state up, at the moment it really feels like a waste of time, I just cannot immagine how my current routine could lead to length gains.

Cya guys later!

PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

With that mindset, you are headed to the injuries forum.

Stick with newbie, there is no rush. Rushing = Injury = Setback and time wasted recovering.

As androNYC said to me when I started "What’s the hurry, planning on getting rid of your dick soon? I didn’t think so. Take your time, use plenty of heat and enjoy your Penis Enhancment process"

Couple good articles to guide you:

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

If you can’t imagine that it can lead to gains, then it won’t and it is a waste of time. I’m not sure why you want to insert negative thought as part of your routine because it will only give you excuses for why you didn’t gain.

@Craven

You are absolutely right. I’m not putting negative thought into things I do (in general) for me the most important thing is the mindset. The mind controls the body. Thats my perspective.
My observations indicate that my penis seems very very tough and following the same routine as everyone else does might not be “my way”.
That’s what is making me unsure. That’s why I mentioned my mental state.
But for now, I’m OK with this. It’s a good “training” to stay patient.

PI’s are good, my pre-PE-EQ and my EQ now are very good.. Everything is looking good so far.

Another thing I struggle with is keeping my erection level low enough for my exercise (stretching as well as jelqing). My glans is very sensitive..
Do you guys use a towel or another technique to prevent going 60%+ erection?

Oh btw . I did a couple of marathon runs. Compared to a marathon PE feels more like a 10000 km run hehe

Thanks for your support guys!

Best regards

It is too soon to know whether your penis is “very very tough”.

. We all had problems with this when we were newbies. Eventually your dick will recognize the difference between jacking off and PE, and start cooperating with you.

Just stop and let the erection subside.

Need to be clear about something - you should not be jelqing your glans or all the way up to your glans. Very dangerous, potential for nerve damage.

Stop the stroke an inch or so from the base of the glans.

Thanks for the advice. There is always room for improvment..

For stretching erection problems (getting too girthy and erected) I found a simple solution.. I simply use a piece of tp and wrap it around my glans .
Whats also helpful is making a nap before exercising. The relaxed body allowed my to do better stretching sessions and I enjoyed it!

Happy gaining @all

Mmm, naps.

With my work schedule and greater PE volume recently my naps are a casualty.

I fall asleep for a while while my wife watches x-factor in the other room some evenings, unless its too loud!

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
