Newbie two week update.
I am about three weeks new to the PEing thing.
Started PEing two weeks ago today.
I am now the proud owner of an 1/8th of an inch larger member.
Start:
NBPEL 5.5
BPEL 6.0
Present:
NBPEL 5.5/8
BPEL 6.1/8th Actually saw a 1/4 inch gain the other day, but left that to measuring inconsistency.
All of my measurements have been after Jelging which may also be why I saw 6 and a 1/4.
Started real slow. Did maybe 15 jelgs first day. Then about 30 to 40. Now I am at about 60-80 14mins. Honestly, I might be doing more reps but don’t keep count.
I am at 6 mins of stretching. Good taut stretching. Nice hard firm pull but I don’t yank or go past a point of medium stretch and absolutely no pain.
Any hint of pain and I back out fast.
I have heeded the advice from here and gone real slow. Today was the first day since starting, I felt like I could
Go a little longer and stronger. Thats at the two week point! I use medium to hard squeezes but definitely don’t strangle it.
I mix in some milking to try and reverse to much upward curve.
I kelg while I Jelg to get more blood flow and when I think of it. I don’t do the kelg reps.
I use the theory from here and from my weight lifting experience, of starting real slow and gradually increasing the intensity.
Granted, this is my experience, but from what I have read here and reading others posts, some guys are really pushing the limits early on.
I am seeing gains at less than the Newbie Routine.
