Yea! I have just cut back my routine as well and am taking at least two days off from my last PE session.
I have a funny feeling that mixing in a few days of rest every couple of weeks with the newbie program could make for some better gains.
Okay guys, sort of an update on the lesser routine. So far it’s this:
5 min warm up with hot towel 3 sets of stretches in all 5 directions (15 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec) 125 Wet jelqs at 75% Erection level for about 3-4 sec each. 2 min cool down.
Routine is done 3 days a week.
So far, no gains. It’s been 2 months: 1 month on a harder routine (225 wet jelqs 2-3 sec each, 3 sets of 30 sec stretching, 1 on 1 off) and 1 month on the lesser routine.
I have had positive PIs so far and have only gotten achy after 1 workout on the lesser routine. Do you think it’s because I’m not doing my routine often enough?
I feel that I should up the intensity, but at the same time I’m not sure if I giving this newer routine enough time.
If I were to change the intensity of my routine, it would be
5 min warm up with hot towel 3 sets of stretches in all 5 directions (15 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec) 170 Wet jelqs at 75% Erection level for about 3-4 sec each. 5 min hot warm down. Routine would be done 3 days a week. On all “off” days, I would do 2 sets of 30 secs stretching in all 5 directions after a hot shower.
What should I do?
I seem to gain on days off. I am 1 on/2 off.
And I don't do anything on those days off (no stretching, etc) except maybe a little edging.
(Also, I don’t turn down sex on off days, because that would be dumb!)
But NO PE!
Another guy on a light routine occasionally takes 3 days off in a row and that seems to jumpstart his gains.
Babbis used to have a light newbie routine up at Thunders that prescribed a MONTH OFF after I think about 12 workouts. The guys doing it were skeptical and horrified, BUT THEY GAINED.
