I’m a newbie to the site, but I’ve been just jelqing(30 mins) on and off for about 6 months. I’m would like any advice to what exercises should I add, and can I start hanging. I have not seen any significant gains. I need help.

What would be recommended to start doing.

How much on and off time are we talking about? More off then on?

Ok, you say you’ve jelqed on and off for 6 months (give or take). My advice is to begin following the newbie routine, even though you have done some exercieses. On and off doesn’t get it when it comes to enlarging your penis. It has to be a dedicated activity that you commit to . Breaks are allowed, but they usually come with a plateau and resting for a while then starting again will sometimes “shock” the penis into growing again.

I would not recommend hanging until such time as your penis is conditioned. Injuries are no fun, and they really hamper gains as you can’t do anything until its healed. An ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure when it comes to Penis Enlargement. As I said before, following the newbie routine and condition your penis first, then add hanging.

Well I’ve been jelqing for the past 2months 5 days a week for 30 mins. I already have a baseball bat shape. Should I increase my jelq time.

How long until I can start hanging, and what exercise can I do to increase length.
