Hello everyone, I’ve been doing PE for the past month and a half (6 weeks). Believe it or I though I had a bigger stick than I did my ex mistress at the time convinced me I had a 8 x 6 don’t ask. For the past 6 months I’ve pretty much had nothing to do so I decided to start PE when I measured my dick and came in at an unimpressive NBPEL 6’5 BPEL 7’

Grith mid shaft 5’3 base 5’7. So now I’m obsessed with gaining size to reach the Gold Standard 8x6.

Now let’s get to it, I’ve bought a penis pump with out a gauge and I’ve been pumping away not knowing the pressure(probably to high) and what I would call slight( I use that loosely) discomfort with the mindset no pain no gain. To this day 11/30/16 I’ve gained .2 mid shaft to be 5’5.

My routine just so you know for those who want to try it seems to be working.

Week one: 3 days on 3 off I was out trucking.
3 ten min sets at unknown pressure but until discomfort.
100 Jelg between each set
Week Two: 4 days 3 off
Same thing
Week three: 5 days 2 off (penis discomfort) 20 min, 100 jelqs ( sex until ejaculation every day) I’m superman.
Week four: 5 days 3 ten min sets, 100 jelqs ( sex with extreme discomfort because of donut) superman..
Week five: 6 days 3 twenty min sets. 100- 150 jelqs between each set
Week six: 6 days 60 mins a day broken into 10 min sets. 100- 150 jelqs per set.

I don’t warm up, I edge everytime with cock rubber cock ring for 10 min.

The reason for this post is that I just don’t think I’m doing this right I have gained but I don’t think it’s permanent and I believe if I stop for more than a day it’s gone. I’m using the theory that I can use results from previous session to keep building but now I have weaker EQ (figures) I just want some help or a strict guide to doing this shit right; I’m dedicated and have the time. Also just finished a session about 1 h ago and I have pain right at base of penis. I figured that might be ligament stretching from pumping or pain from wear cock ring to long up to 6 hours a day. Lastly I don’t think I’ve had morning wood for the past 2 weeks but I have a incredible sex drive and I’m 23 don’t know if that helps and I’m taking gaba and l- arginine.

Your routine seems scattered all over the place. Honestly, if your pump doesn’t have a gauge, you need to stop using it. And if you haven’t had morning wood for 2 weeks you are headed down a bad road bound for trouble. My own thoughts?

Stop PE till morning wood returns. Minimum of 7 full days. Your gain of .2” won’t be any good if your dick is dead. Don’t measure for that entire week. My theory is you may gain a little bit but morning wood is most important.

After that, don’t pump till you start the Newbie Routine. It works and gets you gains without devices and spending money. Pumping can do a lot of harm in the early stages and I recommend working with it after the first 90 days if you still are interested in pumping. That is only if you buy one with a gauge.

Read Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started. and do a bit more research but STOP ALL PE UNTIL MORNING WOOD RETURNS OR 7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. (whichever comes second)

Thanks took a break for a few days now I’m getting morning wood again and strong erections again. It also seem like the added girth stayed .2. I have started over and am sticking to newbie routine with 3 days pumping 1 off. I’ll measure again around Christmas to see if Santa brought any gifts. Thanks man Sometime you need to be told what you already know.

I would recommend against pumping unless you have a gauge. Odds of an accident are significant without one. And a pump can slow Newbie gains much more than you think.

Many times pumping early toughens tissue you want to stretch. After you’ve gotten your newbie gains I’ve found and seen pumping to be effective for more guys. Usually guys who pump have smaller gains in the first year and stall soonest.

All that glitters isn't Gold

Going to lay off the pump for a while and just stick to basic Jelg and stretching routine for a while may try Jp90. I’ve read all your articles, they were inspirational and I think the first I read before I started PE. I remember there was some mention in there of a routine if you can send it to me that would be great but I’ll take a scroll sometime tonight. As always thanks for advice and timely responses.
