Newbie starting new routine

Hey guys, been researching PE for a while and have done random jelq and stretch, have tried using an extender but never found the time to wear it consitantly. Now I have finally decided to give it my complete dedication. I’ve always been really self conscious about my penis size and it has kept me from branching out with women as much as I could. I’m a very athletic and a rather muscular guy 6’1” and 225lbs. My current states are BPEL 5.6 EG 4.75. My routine looks like this..

Morning session
5 min warmup
20 min long hold inverted v stretch

ADS with ESL40 silicone leg wrap

Night session
10 min warmup
15 min jelq
2-3 min horse 440 squeeze
5 min warm down

I do this routine 5 days on with 2 full days rest. What does everyone think?

newbie routine…you need to condition your penis before stressing it out too much.

So if I have already been doing this routine for about 2 weeks and have already started to notice some flaccid gains and just overall better feel about my penis, what would be some signs that I’m not already conditioned? I feel fine while doing PE as well as wearing the ADS. You think I would see better gains with the basic newbie routine or continue since I’ve already started with no current issues.

Time to get serious.. It might just work

The sign…you have been only doing it for two weeks. If you are getting gains with the newbie routine, why would you want to change that? There is no need to do more if you are achieving gains. Doing more when there is no need only increases chance for injury, and then halting your progress entirely.

Do the newbie routine for a month and check your measurements. You should at least do the newbie routine with any additions for at least 6 months before adding any devices.

It looks like you are throwing in advanced techniques too early. It’s important to realize that by advanced, we don’t mean to suggest any skill level or complexity.

“Advanced” in this case means intense.

The newbie routine is recommended for three months, if you are sure you have been performing them properly and you don’t see any gains after those three months, then consider moving on to more intense exercises. Ultimately, you want to grow with the minimal amount of stress on your body so your body doesn’t counteract this stress and strengthen your penis, making gains even harder.

Good Luck. :)

Keep an open mind and a closed wallet... unless it\'s open to making a donation!

Thanks for the replies, think ill give the newbie routine a try first before I go onto this more advanced routine.
