Hey guys,
Just thought I would say hello and put stats up to make myself accountable. I’m a long time lurker and have had brief stints at PE in the past, but this time I have decided to give it a proper go for 12 weeks and then assess where to go from there. Have pics but at this point it doesn’t seem like I am able to post them as a newbie.

Starting point (15 May 2011)
BPE = 7.55”
EG = 5.75” (biggest part at middle)
EG = 5.55” (at base)
EQ = - Frequency of morning wood = 0
- Unstimulated erections per day = 0
- Ability to maintain erection without stimulation = approx 10 secs
- Guesstimated average time spent in love making = 10 mins
- Ability to stay erect during love making = variable
- Tendency to prematurely ejaculate = high
- Sexual drive = low (perhaps as a result of too much porn)
- My self assessment of EQ = Bad

Mission statement: To me EQ is just as if not more important than growth. My goal is to experience hard erections often and be able to engage in sex for prolonged periods of time (1 hour too much?). If I can just achieve this, I will be happy. To achieve this, over the next 12 weeks I will:
* Refrain from viewing porn
* Refrain from masturbation as a form of sexual release
* Do kegels daily
* Practice holding and maintaining erections without cumming.

For growth gains, I will attempt the newbie routine in split sessions (doing stretching and jelqing at different times - this is due to time constraints) for a period of 12 weeks. Obviously I do not expect to see much growth in that short time span, but based on the results, I will assess whether to continue, give up, or try the more aggressive techniques.

Interim goal (ie. I would be highly satisfied with the following)
BPE = 8.5”
EG = 6.5” (biggest part at middle)
EG = 6.5” (at base)
EQ = High

Long term goal (ie. It would be nice but I wouldn’t be disappointed if I didn’t get there and I certainly wouldn’t want to go beyond this)
BPE = 9”
EG = 7” (biggest part at middle)
EG = 7” (at base)

Your current stats are huge already. Nice one. Your girth is exactly where I’d like to be (well, I’d allow myself to get to 6.0 inch EG, if possible).

You are like me in goals; I seek ever-more solid erections and general health - growth is a secondary but welcome side effect. EQ is going to be down to health, physical fitness, mental/emotional stability and diet. There are plenty of threads about EQ so I am sure there is enough info to keep you busy.

6of9, if you would like to be able to post pictures, start a new thread with the title of your choice - something like “6of9’s progress pictures” would work - and make the text of the first post something like “This thread will contain my progress pictures as I continue PE”.

Then a moderator can move that thread to Member Pics, and you can then post your pictures.

Would you like this thread moved to the Progress Reports area, since it sounds like that’s how you plan on using this thread? Or this thread could go in Member Pics and you can post pictures and updates there, like Clubgoer’s Newbie Diary.

6.5 of 9 you have a very good attitude towards PE and as mentioned before your size is already pretty huge and in my opinion ideal. But as you stated you are also doing this for EQ which is really the main perk of PE and probably due to a lot of “gains”. I wish you success on your journey and with dedication I’m sure your EQ will rise……a lot. Happy growing.

Sorry Lampwick, I was referring to the last part of your post when you talked about putting it in the progress reports area. So I guess I would post pics in the way that you suggested and start a new post. From the progress reports thread I guess I just link to those pages. Is that correct?

Yeah I tend to think EQ is most important thing. Have has some very disappointing experiences over the years with it. Will check out the EQ section. When I had a brief go at PE did notice some positive effects in this area. One of them being sharper more intense orgasms.

The absence of porn has definitely helped in the bedroom so far.
