Newbie saying hi

Hi everybody.
I was finally able to join the site a few days ago. I have waited quite a long time so I am really excited about being here. This place has being wonderful so far.
I am a complete newbie in the world of PE. I am in the process of absorbing as much information as I can, before I actually start doing any of the exercises (starting with learning how to measure “myself” correctly ).
Avoiding injuries is my number one concern.
My goals are : a healthy/functional penis ( which in the end of the day, is the most important thing ), plus 1 - 1.5 inches for erect length and 0.5 to an 1 inch for erect girth. Any more gains would be a “bonus”.
My unofficial starting stats are : 6.4 inches erect length 5.6 inches erect girth.
I understand that doing PE is a long term thing but I am ready for the “ride”. I am convinced that if you exercise common sense alongside proper technique, it can very beneficial.

Thank you very much all of you for sharing your knowledge and experiences.
I really hope you reach your goals.
Glad to be on board.

Welcome t-jay. It’s so refreshing to hear that a newbie is going to read and study and learn before jumping into advanced exercises, with an eye to avoiding injury. (I love that common-sense remark!)

Your starting stats are pretty impressive, and with the gains you’re hoping for you’ll have a BIG cock.

Again, welcome and good luck!

Thank you very much clgp7. Glad to be here.

I am ready to spend the time to do this properly. “Knowledge is power”. Better to do this right from the beginning than learn the hard way later.

Hopefully the gains that I am wishing for are pretty realistic.

Welcome T-Jay! Thunder’s has a great group of guys to encourage and mentor you during your journey of PE. I started in March and have seen great gains already (I already reached my erect goal of 7” and had to redo it for 8”). I did just like you, taking the advice of the veterans and starting safely and progressing from there. Take care.

t-jay,

Welcome to the forum and the world of PE.

My recommendations:

1) Do a penis inventory so that you can accurately track your progress. This should include the size of you penis length and girth, erect flaccid, etc. Keep a journal on your progress and methods used at different periods of time. This will help you find what works best for you. It will also help keep you motivated because you will be able to track your progress. This is a very slow process and you will not “see” the changes that are occurring because it is so slow. I measure and document my changes about every three months.

2) Be careful, don’t overdo it and hurt yourself. Start with the newbie routine and work your way from there.

3) Keep living your life. Don’t let PE consume you. It can be an important goal, but there is a lot more to life than your penis.

Take care and I hope you reach your goals.

You have it covered.

Another newbie joins the forum

Hi!

I’m also a newbie in this whole PE world. I have spend many days just reading and reading posts and wiki. For me the newbie routine sounds quite tough for a penis never before trained, especially the jelqing session and it’s grip power in that video. The stretching looks like the guy is pulling the whole penis out of the body (,of course he’s an experienced PE master). I’m using rather light tension and light force while jelqing but still managed to get red dots. Red dots got healed after a day off, but are they a good or bad sign? I mean, for example, after a swimming workout one should feel a bit exhausted and let the body recover. But what’s the truth when coming to a penis?

Thanks 4Foreskin.
I am even thinking cutting down the newbie routine to half and starting from there.
The linear routine for newbies sounds interesting also.

Hello everybody!

Me too I am a newbie here, but I begin PE 2 week before, with a routine technique learn in a other site (forum, “PE-Gym”, for be exact!). I find your forum last week and I read many post here. I find many information very helpful! I see similarity, and variety, many have gain with their techniques, it’s a good sign for me! I am here for the same reason of many of you: more gain for my penis! I have a good size now (7” erect length, 5.5” erect girth) and happy with this size, but if I can gain more.hum, why not? ;) My goal is realistic: 1” by 1”.. Then my first goal is 8”. But if I can more (9” or 10”?), lets’go! :D
I know, “No rush, be patient”! Don’t worry, the health of my dick is more important! I see many recommendations here (and in another site) warning for injuries, I take this seriously!

Thank for you all for your good help here! ;)

PS: I am french, do not surprise if my word sound strange, it’s normal! Haha! :P

Hi Houstonwoods.

It is great to hear that you are already gaining from PE. What were your starting stats ?

Hey T-jay. I was 6” erect, 3.5” flaccid and 5.25 girth. Now 7” erect, 6” flaccid and 5.5” girth. I have my thread in the “progress” forum. You can PM me anytime. Take care.

You can still be consumed with PE while living your life. If it comes down to hanging out with your friends at a bar on a friday night, you should be doing PE instead if you want my opinion. I recently just started hanging out with friends after avoiding them for a year because I have been concentrating on PE and college. You do need to make a choice. And PE is the choice you should choose at least for a while. Welcome to the forum.

Current stats: [7.5 BPEL * 4.9 EG]

GOAL: [8 NBPEL * 6 EG]

Perception is reality.

Hi all,

I’m also new and happy to be here. After a few months reading this interesting thunders place I decided to become a member. I have started today with the newbie routine taking it nice and slow.

Thanks to all for the good advice and kind help!

W.

Welcome and good luck Wazowski.
