Newbie Saying HI
Just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself.
Im still on my first month of P.E. (Starting my fourth week to be exact) I read through allot of threads and kinda just “tailored made” a routine for myself. I’m not going to measure till after my fourth week but it feels like there is a little difference. Not so much in looks but it feels heavier.
My routine is: 5on 2 off
- JAI stretches 3 sets of 15 reps; 3x a day morning, noon and night
- Hot wrap;30 min stretch then 30 min wet jelq at 70 to 80 percent erection
- 2-15 minute sets hanging 5 lbs SD; with hot wrap before each set.
(eventually I will get up to 10lbs at 3 20 minute sets)
- I also do at least 1000 pc flexes
Well hopefully this will give me a good start in the growth department. And help me reach my goal; 8x6.
