Newbie rutine problems
Hello TP, long time newbie and lurker.
For the past 2 years I’ve had a GF and sex was really good so I felt no need for PE, but now I’m single again and on the journey of self-improvement that I (sadly) abandoned a little while being in a relationship.
I started the newbie routine, jelqs and stretches. And while stretches actually made me gain very fast, the jelqs massively hindered my EQ to the point that after just a week of jelqing, my erection was like 70% hard for a month (needless to say I wasn’t dumb enough to continue the routine after seeing my EQ diminishing). I did everything by the book, have read a LOT and have come to the conclusion that jelqing just maybe isn’t for me.
Before anybody says I’m not doing something wrong, I verified over and over again that my pressure is not too much, form of the palm and angles used were just like I read in other gainers threads and saw/read in guides.
Now on the other hand, I was clamping with my hands (holding the bottom and top of my member, squeezing it full of blood) for a very short period of time (2 min’ max at a time), it did improve my EQ, extensively (I’m at the top of my game - 20 y/o now. And I was once walking half the day with my morning wood after a hand-clamp session.), I’ve seen some short term MS-EG gains, but they disappeared after a few days.
Now my question is, should I try more serious clamping regardless of being a newbie? The hand-clamping (is that ballooning?) worked good, so maybe more serious clamps will give me some perm’ gains? And has anybody encountered my problem with those jelqs?
TLDR - jelqs are BAD for me, “clamping” with my hands is good for my EQ and give temp gains, should I try normal clamping despite being a newbie?
