Hello, I’ve been reading the forums for about a year now, but only started hanging about 3 months ago. I started out with a less than average size, and have had phalloplasty and liposuction on the area to try and improve my length. It didn’t seem to do anything, so I started using an ADS-That didn’t really have an effect either, it just sort of hurt and fell off all the time.

Now I hang using the bib, I do at least 2 hours (6 20 minute sets) a day 7 days a week, usually starting around 13-15 and dropping weight till I can’t stand it anymore. I always use heat, and hang sort of straight out/straight up with this device I made out of a broken chair and straight down/btc when I can’t hang straight up any more. Throughout the day I use a golf weight ADS deal that weighs 1 lb and won’t fall off during my retail job. Recently I’ve been slapping on some lotion and jelqing every few days. When I sleep I wrap it in ACE bandage do it doesn’t turtle.

Like a jerk, I never officially measured myself when I started. Right now I’m working with: 6.5” BPFSL, 6.0” BPEL, which I wouldn’t complain about so much, but when I’m not pulling on it, my fat pad and abdomen/hips kinda sucks it all in and I get 2.75”NPBFL, and 4.5”NPBEL (tiny)

Since beginning to hang I’ve noticed an increase in girth at the base, and a small gain, looks like I might have went from 6” to 6.5” BPFSL.

Any suggestions on how to improve my routine? Anybody see anything I’m doing dramatically wrong? I’m open to all suggestions, I have lots of free time and I’m willing to try anything.

Uhhh… try losing some of that fat pad?

Looks like you’re on the right track: the increase in BPFSL is usually the first sign of EL gains to come!

Thank you for responding. Yes, I see now that the fat pad and my spare tire are seriously in the way of noticeable npb gains. Oh well, guess it’s back to 1000 calories a day and gym visits. Hanging in the interim, of course. Some members also noticed that with less fat the weight you’re already hanging seems more intense, as if the fat in the area kind of sucks up some of the tension. Not to mention the benefits of a more slender, attractive physique. Thanks again, I’ll report my progress on the forums.

Have you considered adding Jelqing to your routine? Did you start out using the newbie routine, or did you go straight to hanging? Just curious.

If you have the privacy and the time hanging can be great.

I would give what you are doing a chance to generate results before messing with it much. Just be sure to have excellent self monitoring skills and not hurt your self.

PenisMagee: Yeah, I’ll do like 20 minutes every other day or so.. I notice jelqing does wonders for the flaccid hang, makes it look fuller and meatier. Like a lime instead of an acorn. Haha. Hanging is definitely my focus, though. No, never did the newbie routine to the letter, but when I think back to before I knew about PE, when I was pulling on it hoping it would grow and jelqing the wrong way, there’s striking similarity.

Iamaru: I guess you’re referring to not adding too much weight too quickly. (Guilty) I went up to 13 lbs in 3 or 4 months. Do you think it’d be a good idea to keep hanging 13 for a while? 13 seems to do the trick to get it fatigued, then 12 or 11 feels ok for a set or two, then 10, 9, 8 etc. I ride the fatigue all the way down, and when 2 or 3 hurts I strap on the ADS. I heard that smaller dicks have much tougher structures than bigger ones.. And I was born with a pretty small one. That’s why I didn’t screw around at 5 or 8 for too long.

BTW to anyone reading this: surgery didn’t do jack for my flaccid hang.. 1/8” gain at the most. Save your money! And the noose style ADS’s are a waste of time. Get a bib and some golf weights (or a circle device)

Also, does anyone know the effects of hanging when your suspensory lig has been cut? (Aka phalloplasty) I know thats one of the main ligs that hanging SD and BTC hits, but what if you don’t have one? Does it just hit the rest of the ligs up in there? It’s gotta be hitting and stretching something cause I can feel the stretch working it’s way up my abdomen.. Like new, higher ligs are getting tugged on every time I hang. Anyone else have surgery BEFORE they started hanging?
