Newbie routinecomments please
Hello, I’ve been reading the forums for about a year now, but only started hanging about 3 months ago. I started out with a less than average size, and have had phalloplasty and liposuction on the area to try and improve my length. It didn’t seem to do anything, so I started using an ADS-That didn’t really have an effect either, it just sort of hurt and fell off all the time.
Now I hang using the bib, I do at least 2 hours (6 20 minute sets) a day 7 days a week, usually starting around 13-15 and dropping weight till I can’t stand it anymore. I always use heat, and hang sort of straight out/straight up with this device I made out of a broken chair and straight down/btc when I can’t hang straight up any more. Throughout the day I use a golf weight ADS deal that weighs 1 lb and won’t fall off during my retail job. Recently I’ve been slapping on some lotion and jelqing every few days. When I sleep I wrap it in ACE bandage do it doesn’t turtle.
Like a jerk, I never officially measured myself when I started. Right now I’m working with: 6.5” BPFSL, 6.0” BPEL, which I wouldn’t complain about so much, but when I’m not pulling on it, my fat pad and abdomen/hips kinda sucks it all in and I get 2.75”NPBFL, and 4.5”NPBEL (tiny)
Since beginning to hang I’ve noticed an increase in girth at the base, and a small gain, looks like I might have went from 6” to 6.5” BPFSL.
Any suggestions on how to improve my routine? Anybody see anything I’m doing dramatically wrong? I’m open to all suggestions, I have lots of free time and I’m willing to try anything.
