The new videos are stretching videos, not jelqing videos. Those should be online soon. You are having skin problems when jelqing right? Skin going over your glans while you are jelqing is no problem. You should stop your stroke before you get to your glans.

If I am totally off base here let me know and I’ll try it again. :)

No no. I have this “skin slipping” problem with stretching. My foreskin slips over my glans, my hand slipping with.

The problem with the skin of my scrotum solved itself with the tip from jhabbah :)

yeah but: I pull back my foreskin until the skin on my shaft is “tight”, I mean, you can see the inside of my foreskin on the outside. Now I grip my penis above the glans, and the whole skin under my hands just slips over my glans. The only thing to avoid this is to grip very hard which I am afraid of.

You have to grip hard enough to actually stretch your dick. Try an overhand grip positioning the web of skin between your thumb and forefinger on the top of your shaft below your glans. This will keep the pressure away from your dorsal nerves. There is a photo of this grip someplace on Tom Hubbard’s site, I’ll see if I can dig it up and post it here.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand that because I don’t really know in which direction my hand should be pointing at “overhand grip”. Should the palm be above the glans? Or the glans be lying free and the palm above my shaft? Or should the “web of skin” be between the fingertips of forefinger and thumb?

ThunderSS, this tip was a good one! I now “pull together” all foreskin 1 inch before the glans, on the top of the shaft. Then i grip with Thumb and forefinger between that web and the glans. And I can pull with the force need to feel a stretch :) . Although, within the stroke, my fingers move on my glans, but I don’ know how to avoid that… my penis is getting smaller towards the glans.

Concerning the jelq: The tip worked even better. I used to retract my scrotum with the other hand, but that always meant some hassle and a pause within strokes. But now i just slide down my shaft with the fingers of the hand that has finished a stroke, retract the scrotum, and grab on the base! I even can grip lower now. The overhand grip works well with that. The grip with my palm under my penis does not work very well, I don’t understand why.

Anyways, I think I can get along with that.

Is 1 day on, 1 day off routine less effective than 2 day - 1 day?

how long should the warm ups / warm downs take?

It depends on your method.

I use a sock with rice heated on microwave for 40sec and put it on during 5 minutes. With hot towels or a heating pad, it must take 10 minutes.

5 minutes to warm down it´s ok.
