Newbie routine?
Hi guys,
Been a lurker for a while and fooled around inconsistently for about as long, but I’ve been dedicated to the gym for years and figured it was time to put some of that dedication into sticking with a routine. So, my question is this.. Is the newbie routine still regarded as the best program for beginners to follow? Should it be tweaked at all, and if so, how? I also have a Bathmate that I can incorporate.
