Hello all!

Here is my Routine please let me hear your thoughts and critiques I’m open to suggestions.

5-10min of warm towel compress

10-30 second stretches (basic stretch)
5min total of stretching

125 3 second jelqs
50 kegels

Should I do more jelqs? Add any v stretches?

5min Warm towel compress

I was thinking about starting to compress or
Wear a penis ring after my
Workouts or a few minutes to engorge and maintain the post workout plump.

I was reading some other members post about wearing cock rings during the day to gain permanent girth gains

Could you state your goals again?

Maybe fewer kegels

I was reading some other members post about wearing cock rings during the day to gain permanent girth gains

I wouldn’t do more than 20 kegels. Some people suspect too many kegels caused them to have retrograde ejaculations: Retrograde ejaculation - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic.

I would be interested in other members experiences regarding PE and retrograde ejaculation.

Goals are to gain 1 inch in length and 3/4 inch girth

Yes I’ve seen that newbie routine and this is very similar to it

I believe the newbie routine is

Towel warm up

10x30 second stretches

200 3 second jelqs

And 100 kegels

The Newbie Routine as recommended here at TP

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.
