Hi All,

I have porn-induced ED which makes it difficult for me to get hard. I have now tried to give up looking a porn but my problem makes it hard to jelq.

How does one go about doing the newbie routine bearing in mind jelqing is the cornerstone of it? Are there any alternatives until my mind “reboots”?

You don’t really want an erection for jelqing anyway. If you are 50 to 60 percent of an erection your jelqing will probably help length gains. Just don’t use too much pressure when exercising and decrease your erection level by overworking yourself. If you use the newbie routine correctly you should notice your erections getting better. Good luck .

Maybe try stretching and kegels. The stretches for length, and the kegels for EQ! Over time you should be able to do any manual exercise you want to.
