I’ve just noticed the newbie routine and I’m just wondering are jelqs necessary for lengthening the penis or will manual stretching and hanging weights compensate?

The routine itself is sound but I’m finding it hard to carry out the Jelqs because I’ve got quite a lot of pubic hair on my shaft and it pulls when I attempt to jelq wet or dry.

1.5 minutes hot wrap

2.5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)

3.10 minutes of hanging 0.5kg then 5 minute rest. Do this 3 times (increasing weight over time) <<<< thoughts on this please or any advice.

4.5 minutes hot wrap

I’m not really interest in kegals due to the fact I don’t really know what they are for? Can some one shed some light please?

Cut your hair. Jelqs help condition your unit.

Please shave your shaft, it’s 2010, not 1972.

1.5 mins hot wrap is not enough, especially for a starting warm up. Move it up to 3 mins. Or change heating method if you’re short on time.

Kegels are good to somewhat control your flow and sexual stamina. In fact, guys who perfected their PC muscle (the muscle contracted when performing kegels) are supposedly able to delay upcoming ejaculation in one squeeze. The muscle that makes your erect dick move when you squeeze it…well that is a kegel my friend.

Thanks for the advice, but I can’t really shave. My girlfriend will know something is going on and she’s not too Keen on the idea of me doing PE. SO I think I’ll just trim.
