I’ve just noticed the newbie routine and I’m just wondering are jelqs necessary for lengthening the penis or will manual stretching and hanging weights compensate?
The routine itself is sound but I’m finding it hard to carry out the Jelqs because I’ve got quite a lot of pubic hair on my shaft and it pulls when I attempt to jelq wet or dry.
1.5 minutes hot wrap
2.5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3.10 minutes of hanging 0.5kg then 5 minute rest. Do this 3 times (increasing weight over time) <<<< thoughts on this please or any advice.
4.5 minutes hot wrap
I’m not really interest in kegals due to the fact I don’t really know what they are for? Can some one shed some light please?
