I want to focus on length right now, so I’ve been using an ADS tube system. And have had slight gains already in flacid length. At least 8 hours a day.
I have only been incorporating jelqing, manual stretches, and warm wraps once a week.
I would like to start incorporating hanging by the end of month 1. I plan on altering or adding something every 4 weeks. While taking a break from ads every 6 weeks.
