Newbie routine

I’ve started a new routine, well my first.

I want to focus on length right now, so I’ve been using an ADS tube system. And have had slight gains already in flacid length. At least 8 hours a day.

I have only been incorporating jelqing, manual stretches, and warm wraps once a week.

I would like to start incorporating hanging by the end of month 1. I plan on altering or adding something every 4 weeks. While taking a break from ads every 6 weeks.

Any good?

So you just started and you’re already using an ADS for 8 hours a day? I don’t use an ADS, but I would think that starting out using an ADS (especially for 8 hours) would definitely overcondition your unit and make future gains a little further down the road a lot harder to come by. Trust me, you don’t want that. I’d recommend starting out using the Newbie Routine. After all, it was made for and aimed towards people that are just starting.

Also, as for the hanging, no way (I think at least) that you should start hanging only after 1 month of hanging. Wait about 3-4 months and then think about it. During those 3-4 months I’d recommend doing the Newbie Routine.

You may want to achieve super gains quick, but that’s just not how it works. You have to work at it. Also, I’d recommend using the search button for anything you have a question on first. If you can’t find your answer in the search results, then of course definitely feel free to make a new thread about it. I mention the search function because just about everything has been talked about before.

I have since done more research, and have cut back on ads and increased PE in to two days on one day off following the newbie routine.
On days I have been following the newbie routine I have also used an ads for shorter periods of time, a few hours after jelqing / newbie routine etc.
Is this ok?
I’m thinking around 1 hour of ads later in the day, then take a day off completely of all PE techniques. As I assume a day off means a day OFF.
Would it be alright to add ADS on my day off?
I don’t show any negative PI’s, but wouldn’t mind experimenting with that day of ads..

Ya know, there is a reason we tell newbies to do only the newbie routine for three months. Its to keep you from getting hurt.

You are overworking your penis at the moment, and if you want it to continue to work(as in erections), cut out the ads for right now, stick to the newbie routine until your dick is conditioned and then, and ONLY then consider adding to it.

Repeat after me, I have one penis, I will not hurt it. And one other thing, on days off, nothing touches your dick except your hand when you shake it off after peeing.

I’ve been doing newbie for 4 months

Ok so I’ve been searching and read a few posts by big girtha, about never let it turtle.

I guess my second question is in more relation to that.never letting it turtle, I will take the days off, but on, ON days would wrapping or implementing a ads for a few hours be beneficial?
