Newbie Routine.Then What
I have been on a break from pe for about 4 months due to a lack of time for pe. In the time I have pe’d, I’ve gained and cemented 1 in in length and just 1/8” grith. I had gotten these results in about 3 months time following a modified newbie routine (less stretching, more jelqing).
I finally have the time to get back into pe’ing and started the newbie routine exactly as followed yesterday. My question is how much longer should I continue/increse the intensity of the newbie routine before working on grith. Also, could anyone tell me some good exercises for grith for someone with my conditioning. Thanks guys
