I have been on a break from pe for about 4 months due to a lack of time for pe. In the time I have pe’d, I’ve gained and cemented 1 in in length and just 1/8” grith. I had gotten these results in about 3 months time following a modified newbie routine (less stretching, more jelqing).

I finally have the time to get back into pe’ing and started the newbie routine exactly as followed yesterday. My question is how much longer should I continue/increse the intensity of the newbie routine before working on grith. Also, could anyone tell me some good exercises for grith for someone with my conditioning. Thanks guys

After taking 4 months break, your conditioning is back to zero, so starting back at the newbie routine is exactly where you should be. Because you have previous experience, make sure to use your knowledge to proceed with moderation and without injury.

Once you get back in shape, there is no lack of girth exercises to choose from, but no one can tell you which one will be best for you. There are more advanced jelq and manual squeeze routines as well as clamping and pumping. You should decide for yourself which one appeals the most to your situation and put it into action.

Ok but, how will I know when I’m conditioned enough to work on girth? Towards the end of my previous pe’ing, I started doing horse squeezes(can’t remember the exact name)and started to gain girth but possibly did the exercise too much causing those strong red pimple like things to appear.

Part of doing the newbie routine is getting to know your limits and the signs of crossing them. Your previous experience with horse squeezes is just an example of crossing over your limit. Put your experience to use and just back off on the pressure and intensity you are using so you don’t bust any capillaries.

This isn’t rocket science. If you break something by doing an exercise too hard or too long, don’t do it so hard or so long next time. If a particular exercise doesn’t seem right for you, stop doing it and move on to something else.
