Newbie Routine to Hanging
I know that you all say to stick to the Newbie Routine strictly but how long should I continue to perform the Newbie Routine before I begin trying to Hang? I began the Newbie Routine yesterday.

Yep. Exhaust all gains with manual exercises before looking into advanced exercises more so than the 3 months “rule”.

I don’t say to stick to the Newbie routine STRICTLY, I think it should be cut in half for at least the first month.

Someone posted recently that it is supposed to be a guideline.

Fair enough chronostone, but I’d still say aom91 has the right idea.
Waiting to turn to mechanical solutions until after the manual stuff has been exhausted is a good rule of thumb.
