Newbie routine stretching question
Ok, so I’ve been doing the newbie routine, but I’ve been doing JAI stretches. I’m switching to the regular 30second stretch for now, and I have a couple questions. If I want to focus only on length, and I’m doing these manual stretches and kegels but no jelqs, can I do 6 days on 1 day off? I read that in this thread: More thoughts on how growth occurs.
Also, as far as the actual stretch goes, do you go in only one direction at first? The way I read it was to go up, down, right, left (4) and I wanted to start with 3 sets of this (12 total stretches). Is that right? Should I add one set a week (16, 20, 24, etc total stretches) or stick with 12 for a while?
