Newbie Routine Stretches

Will you guys please clarify something for me? The newbie routine says to start out with 5 minutes of stretching at 30 seconds per stretch. You’re supposed to increase to ten minutes of stretching over the course of six weeks. Am I supposed to hold each stretch longer as I progress, or should I add more stretches at 30 seconds each (i.e. higher reps)? I hope that makes sense…thanks in advance for your help.

As you feel it is better for you, won’t make much of a difference for gains. :)

Could probably do both… mix it up. I can’t imagine variation could be a bad thing, as long as you’re not overdoing anything.

Starting - November 12, 2012 || BPEL: 6 7/8in || EG: 4 1/2in

Goal #1 - BPEL: 7 3/8 (+ 1/2 in.) || EG: 4.75 in. (+ 1/4 in.)
