Newbie routine so far.
So I started the newbie routine about a month ago and I can say that I have been very religious at this. So far it defiantly seems as if my penis is a lot more conditioned, before PE I didn’t understand why I needed to do this routine but now I know what difference it makes. I also have seen an increase in stretched length from 6.0 bpsfl to 6.5. No erect gains yet but is this a sign that they should be coming?
Also I have not measured my girth and I do not measure often because I do not want to get discouraged.
