So I started the newbie routine about a month ago and I can say that I have been very religious at this. So far it defiantly seems as if my penis is a lot more conditioned, before PE I didn’t understand why I needed to do this routine but now I know what difference it makes. I also have seen an increase in stretched length from 6.0 bpsfl to 6.5. No erect gains yet but is this a sign that they should be coming?

Also I have not measured my girth and I do not measure often because I do not want to get discouraged.

Yes, the increase in FSL is a great sign. As you follow the routine, you will progress and start to see gains else where. The trick is don’t overtrain and stay positive and consistent. Watch your PI’s and grow. I personally don’t measure often either, unless I notice a difference that I cannot help but measure!

Do yourself a favor and measure your girth now. You will never really know if you have gained if you don’t. You’ll just be quessing based on visual observation only. Trust me, you will kick yourself later if you don’t measure.

You are right not to measure too often. Nothing will make you think you’re wasting your time faster than not seeing gains. You won’t gain everyday, so don’t measure everyday. Try once every month, or every two months. Also try to remember this, if you haven’t seen gains in a while, at least you are creating a healtier penis.

The newbie routine isn’t only for conditioning the penis, because it can give you a good newbie gains.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I did measure my girth and it’s just so hard to get an accurate measurement because I guess I get ruler shy and lost about .25 of my EG trying to do so. I think I am about right at the 5.0 EG maybe slightly over because I’m about 5.25 midshaft when I clamp with my hand really tight.

My next step in PE is finding a routine that I can start soon that won’t be longer than 30 minutes and be effective. (The 30 minutes does not include warm up) Can anyone help me here? I need length because everyone says that it’s easier to gain length and then do girth work, than to make it thicker and then try to lengthen.
