hey guys, I’m almost on week 9 of the same routine, I’ve been taking it really slow to avoid injury… started with 5 minutes stretch and 10 minutes jelq… only recently (within the last 3 weeks) have I been intensifying it.

At what point have I maxed out the Newbie Routine? It says in the post to gradually work your way up to 30 minutes jelq and 15 minutes stretch. Once that happens, do you go another 6 weeks? Just want to make the most out of it without killing my dick.

Starting stats (5/9/18): NBPEL: 5.5" MSEG: 4.5" (with cock ring)

Short Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.3" MSEG 4.8"

Long Term Goal: NBPEL: 6.5" MSEG 5.25"

You can focus on 2 mottoes. “Only pleasure, not pain” and “If it doesn’t give results after 3-5 months, then try something else or increase intensity”. So basically you do something light and after some time check if that works. Yes? There is no sense to change something. No? Ok, let’s change something.

It’s also good to monitor many sides. For example, i didn’t gain in last few months, but i feel different. I was extremely rigid, but now i have same size with slightly springy feeling. It’s like if i gain a bit of meat and push more blood then it’s going to expend further.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.
