Newbie Routine Question

Well I have had my blood test results from the Doctors over the phone.

No problems whatsoever and my Testosterone was at the higher-end of normal range. This may sound strange, but it is a little bit of a disappointment in one way as I was hoping they would say have some testosterone treatment and then I would get some libido back.

I have been prescribed viagra and now been referred to a sexual counseller.

I also now have another problem, my unit feels all numb. I performed a small set of jelqs a week ago on the top and bottom of the shaft (rather than the sides). Have I damaged the nerves? To be fair outside of my penis problems, I am very stressed and tired as I have just relocated my business but I took a viagra last night and there was a lack of sensation to get aroused so needless to say the tablet did not work. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated!

I wish things were straight forward but I will get there!

Just curious, do you ever have morning wood? To me it sounds as though you have multiple factors that may be contributing to your ED. Stress and performance anxiety seem to be at the top of the list.

As far as the numbness, lay off all PE until it’s completely gone. Then start back slower.

Stress and performance anxiety are definitely applicable with me. Could these be causing the numbness?

As suggested I will lay off the PE for a while.

Hey Rob, I thought we were going to work on your ED issues first, and hold off on PE. I would take Titleist and lay off all PE until it’s completely gone. Then start back slower.

I have scaled back on the PE, I was just doing the linear newbie routine (i.e a small amount of stretching and jelqing) so I had scaled back a lot. However, I will confess that I have done a small amount of pumping (5-10 minutes a 3hg) in the last fortnight which in hindsight was stupid. Sorry if I have misinterpreted the situation about cutting out PE altogether.

The problem is that I am so desperate to grow and perform, not doing any PE is making more anxious! If only there was a magic pill!

Sorry Titleist, I also notice that I did not answer your question about morning wood. Proably have it a few times a year, a very rare occurrence indeed.

Well Rob the good news is you have plenty of testosterone to work with, thank God it was not low. Now you have to be horny for Viagra to work , and Viagra will not make you horny ,nothing wrong with the tablet. Now you are very stressed and tired under those circumstances of relocating, its probably hard to think about sex and get horny , your exhausted. Now you need to stop PE until the numbness goes away ,now if you have not, a good long walk would do you and your penis some good, it would help relieve some stress and put some extra blood flowing into your penis, it will pump up circulation a notch or two and you will sleep better. Now Tntjockey can tell you way better than me about the benefits of walking and jogging. He is a machine when it comes to jogging. Ok now there is a member that comes to mind that use to have ED and it was big gertha he is a veteran an turned it all around. So be optimistic this can be changed.

My two week prescription to follow daily is;

Get an extra half hour of sleep each day.
Get a half hour of brisk walking in each day.
Clean diet 6 days a week.

During the walk swing your arms and think on good things. No PE whatsoever during this time.

I think this approach an time line will move you in the correct direction.

Titleist, I will follow your instructions to the letter.

On another note, I had some Viagra last night and there certainly seems to be more going on down there, I have had a few spontaneous erections whilst snoozing. This is very good for my confidence.

Also I see there has been a new large studypublish in the BJU Journal on penis size and I am about average at 5.5 nbel and 4.5eg. Whilst those are not great stats, I get the feeling now that I won’t be embarrassing myself. Also it has made me focus less on pure penetrative sex which is good for all concerned.

Don’t get me wrong, I will be sticking to the PE long term, I now enjoy it as part of my daily routine, but this matter is not going to rule my life any longer.

I agree with Titleist here, keep PE as something for the future.
It sounds you have a lot going on in your daily life which gives
stress and in result affects you negatively. When I moved to
another country with lots of stuff to take care of I had the same
issue, lots of stress and very lacklustre. What helped for me was
to just take some time each day that was ‘me’ time. Just take 30mins
of doing something that you want and try to wind down a little.

However, I am fairly sure that when things calm down you’ll have
some more time on your hands, your outlook improves and it will
all work out :)
