Newbie Routine plus edging?

Hi all,

I’m new to the forum and just started the newbie routine with a two on and one off schedule.

My question is how can I incorporate a safe edging routine with this schedule? Has anyone had any success with this? Being able to last longer is more important to me than growth so should I delay PE and work on edging first? Any advice appreciated, thanks!

The Newbie routine doesn’t hurt to do. Just go a bit light on the stretches which sometimes can hit EQ.

No problem to combine it with edging.

Research “reverse kegels” and “balanced pelvic floor” to be able to go for longer. At some point you might venture into stopping your ejaculation with strong kegels or even multi orgasms.
