Newbie Routine I'm new .

Hello! I have a quick question. So I did jelqs and stretches in the pass, but I was inconsistent and gave up .So now I want to know can I still make gains using the newbie routine ,or should I do something more advance.

You have to start all over and get conditioned with the Newbie Routine.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do for about 3 months the newbie routine after that if you feel like your gains are slowing down add more minutes in your routine :)
