Hi, I am new to PE and It would be great if I could get some clarification on how to do the newbie routine:

Manual Stretch:

It says that I should do ten 30-second stretches. In the stretch video, there are 4 types of stretches: upward, downward, sides and rotation.

Should I do the 4 stretches together for 30 seconds and repeat 10 times or do one for 30 seconds each? How am I supposed to go about this?

Jelqing

It says two hundred 3-second strokes, am I supposed to do this without any rest and just keep going for 10 mins?

Also, should I be erect or flaccid?

And lastly, Is the 3 second time regardless of the size of the penis? What I mean is since I have a small one, I get to the shaft quickly even when going slow, should I go slower to do 3 second strokes?

Kegels

“Finding the BC muscle” - So it is the muscle that controls to stop urination. Do I need to physically find it, like using my finger. Or do I need to mentally know how to control it?

And is kegel basically just thinking about stopping the flow for 5 seconds and then relax for the next 5?

When I try to do it, I also sometimes use the stomach and buttocks muscle, any tips on how to not do that and just focus on the BC muscle? I’m a beginner so I’m finding it very tough to understand this. Sorry about that.

I suppose that’s 30s each stretching. So you do 10 times for 30 each, for example, twice up/down/front/left/right. You can also do cycle or other direction. I once did only stretching routine (not very good results tho, because that mostly aims BPFSL) and i did it this way. If you hold your 100% for some time, then it’s actually possible to push a bit more. So i started with light pull for 5-10s, then hold around max pull for 10-20s and then each 10-20s try to push a bit more (while comfortable) and hold that a bit. From time to time i did rest and continue again. So you can do short such routine for each direction if you want. 5+10+20s in first attempt with 90%-100%-103% pull and 10-10-10s at 100%-103%-105%.

You should jelq with half erection. Basically around your erection size, but still soft tissue. You can get rest if you want. For example, i did quite intense jelqs some time and i mostly switched grab or took small break/changed to stretching after each 25, but you probably should do slight jelqs for at least 100 times in row. 3s is general rule and i guess that aims at 2 things. First, you hold blood for some time. Second, you don’t hold too long and keep bloodflow what is important for cells.

About kegels, you can actually check it this way. When you stress it, it kinda retracts your penis and pubic area around base of penis. Or you can press with fingers between your balls and anus and see when that area becomes hard. Pee test is more to see if what you do is right. It’s quite natural to stress buttlocks a bit and sometimes abs. Once you get hold of kegels you can start to split what you stress and how to push only one at the time.

Generally, newbie routine is very good and balanced. With stretching you aim at longer size and better to do without any erection. With jelqs you aim at only girth or girth+length expansion, so you need a bit of erection, but not much, because tissue should be soft and compliant. So you actually push blood and make it thicker than your erect size. You don’t need very strong hold for that, even light usually should be enough. And i prefer to do kegels with max erection, it becomes much stronger and also adds a bit expansion exercise.

How long do you normally stretch and jelq for? And what do you reckon I should do? Like how quickly should I increase? Increase by 5 mins every week or is there another better way in your opinion?

For Kegels, Thanks for telling me about being erect while doing it. However, I am not able to hold it for 5 seconds, so you reckon its good to just use that muscle and immediately relax and then repeat to do it 50 times?

Also, How often do you think I should check my size if it has increased? Once a fortnight or month or?

And Finally, How many times should I masturbate in a week to not undo my efforts? Once a week or doesn’t matter? Like what do you do?

Intensity is quite hard topic. Many people believe dick can become accustomed to stress, what makes gains hard. As result opinion “do light first and see if that works” is very popular. Because i don’t see anything bad in that, i would advice too. Slow or fast gains usually isn’t so important topic as to get maximum. The only downside of that is long checking process. Usually it takes at least 1.5-2 months to see some progress and you can’t know would that work or not before that. We can only check some side indicators like in this thread:
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

So it might be better to see how is your EQ and if you see improvement then you can add a bit. If you see some negative effects then decrease. Some people can gain very easily with light exercises, but some people gain only with hard exercises like clamping. That’s individual and because gains is usually quite slow process, then there is no much sense to check more than once in 1-2 months. But here is some statistic. Majority of people gain 1 inch length in 6-12 months. Sometimes 3-4 months is enough, but sometimes that can take 2-4 years. Usually after that gains slow down. So some lucky people actually can get few inches in few years, but sometimes people need 5-10 years for that or even more.

Masturbation is another hard topic where people speculate. We don’t have much of statistic and when people did, result is usually like this. Masturbation has close to zero effect, but cumming has. People who cum once/week gain faster than people who do once/day, but people who cum 3-4 times/day have almost same speed. Again, it’s only about speed and we don’t know if that somehow limits maximal potential. So general rule is to avoid cumming at least right after PE. But personally i would advice to do as you like and feel. You can try all methods and see. I mean, PE should be fun and pleasant, it’s not some kind of job or something.

And about kegels, it usually has very fast progress. You can try to do 50-100 half second squeezes and see how that goes. If you feel relaxed after that, add more. Hold for time is much harder than short squeeze, but after short practice you should be able to hold even for few minutes straight, not just 5 seconds.

3/1 is fine, just pick something what fits your schedule. Some people do 2/1, 2/2 or 5/2. Someone can actually do daily.

Some people say edging affects that, but i don’t know if that is true. I did edging whole my life naturally, because i like feeling.

Not. Stretching is better to do while completely flaccid what can be problem sometimes. As warm-up you can do 60-95% of your erect size, then 100 and slowly move until you feel some tightness. Hold and get comfortable with that and push again. I don’t think you ll injure somehow dangerously if you pull too much, but pain isn’t good sign anyway. Slight discomfort for short time is fine, but nothing bigger than that. And any pose should be fine.

Thanks, seriously, you’re the only one helping out and it means alot. I’m sorry I have so many questions but I’m a newbie and I really would like to do it in a correct manner. Please bear with me if possible.

Some other questions:

1. Supplements: As a beginner, should I be taking supplements like L-Arginine & Lecithin as I saw in this post - (Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase)?

2. How can I increase the quality of my erection? Because at the moment my erections are not getting to 100% and are not that hard?

3. Should I be standing or laying down in bed while doing the stretching, jelqing and kegels? Or does it not matter?

4. Is there a way to make the penis head glossy? Like mine is cracked and dry, is there a way to fix it?

Don’t worry, that’s fine.

1. You don’t need that, but you can if you want.

2. I know only about 2 methods. Maybe 2.5. If we speak about hardness, then kegels and pump can help. Probably, you don’t need pump much at the moment, but kegels usually work good too. Last half method is PE generally. Heating, higher amount of blood and exercises usually lead to better EQ when you don’t overtrain. For example, last week i do only kegels in quite high amount (usually few times in day, each around 500-1000 short squeezes) and light clamping for around 10 minutes. If i could push more blood with kegel before and get 1/16 inch girth expansion, now it’s at max limit whole time. But I’m not expert about EQ generally, so maybe there are many different tricks.

3. I don’t know about any correlation. So pick what is more comfortable.

4. Do you mean kind of wrinkled? That’s EQ related. Most of men have very big vein at the top of penis. Mine is almost like pencil, it’s like 2-3/8 in width and 5-6 in length. That vein carries blood from glans and if you press that slightly with finger, you should be able to fill glans more. If such expanded shape is something you want, then basically better EQ is going to do same, but from inside.
