Newbie Routine help
Hi, I am new to PE and It would be great if I could get some clarification on how to do the newbie routine:
It says that I should do ten 30-second stretches. In the stretch video, there are 4 types of stretches: upward, downward, sides and rotation.
Should I do the 4 stretches together for 30 seconds and repeat 10 times or do one for 30 seconds each? How am I supposed to go about this?
It says two hundred 3-second strokes, am I supposed to do this without any rest and just keep going for 10 mins?
Also, should I be erect or flaccid?
And lastly, Is the 3 second time regardless of the size of the penis? What I mean is since I have a small one, I get to the shaft quickly even when going slow, should I go slower to do 3 second strokes?
“Finding the BC muscle” - So it is the muscle that controls to stop urination. Do I need to physically find it, like using my finger. Or do I need to mentally know how to control it?
And is kegel basically just thinking about stopping the flow for 5 seconds and then relax for the next 5?
When I try to do it, I also sometimes use the stomach and buttocks muscle, any tips on how to not do that and just focus on the BC muscle? I’m a beginner so I’m finding it very tough to understand this. Sorry about that.
