Newbie Routine Help

Does anyone have any routines that are tailored for people in a hurry. I never seem to have time to get into my routine and it’s been driving me crazy for a while. If anyone could offer advice it would be a great help!

What I’ve learned about PE is that it takes time and patience. Nothing about PE is going to happen quickly in my opinion, except for newbie gains which sometimes come very abundantly with an unconditioned penis.

What are you in a hurry about? Do you not have a lot of privacy, spend a lot of time working, or are you just very anxious to see gains?

I’m not really in a hurry. I just have a really odd schedule that doesn’t offer me an hour to devote to PE.

There are a few things you can do. Like break your PE up into 2 or 3 mini sessions in the day. Like 10 mins of stretching before you get dressed in the morning. 10 mins jelq at lunchtime. 10 mins stretching in the shower etc. 30 mins of PE a day (with some rest days that have light sessions (5-10) or complete rest 1-3 times a week) is plenty when you start out. After 3 months you might want to slightly increase it, but even then 15 mins in the morning, 10 lunchtime, 15 mins in the shower etc is pretty good. It doesn’t need to be a 1 hour block of allocated time. momento’s rapid gain mechanism suggests a stretching session in the morning, and a jelq session in the evening, and that’s by choice rather then being forced to do it by your schedule.
