I am about to start the newbie routine. I attempted jelqing the other day and the skin pulling is very painful.

My question is, what kind of size will I gain for just the stretches? I plan on adding jelqing later on when I have time to prepair for it.

If your skin is being pulled and painful, try some wet jelqing. Stretching will increase length but can cause a decrease in girth.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Hey guys I saw this is about newbie routine so I thought id ask something since I am a newbie. I wanted to start doing this Jai routine and it says ” The JAI stretch was developed to avoid the kickback reflex of the BC muscle when stressed. Avoiding the reflex should allow tension on the ligs and the BC muscle to be far more effective. The stretch is held at a medium tension for 2 seconds and then released for 2 seconds. It should be repeated a number of times, 3 sets of 15 repetitions being a good starting point. Try to perform this using regular breath as a key.”

At the beginning does it mean that I should not be flexing the BC musle? And is that the muscle below the anus?

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Notes
Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

It says 5 minutes of manual stretch. But where I read you do 10 sets of 30 seconds in all directions ( left, right, up, down, straight). Thats 25 minutes and not including the 5 sets of left and right circular stretches. Any comments anyone?

Hi I have also thought about this and this may sound stupid but if you are doing jai stretches should you do any other stretches along with it or not?

10 sets, 30 seconds in all directions: 10 x 30 = 300 seconds.
60 seconds to a minute, thus 300 / 60 = five minutes.

You’re supposed to stretch left, right, up and straight out within that 30 seconds:

Left stretch: 5 seconds
Right stretch: 5 seconds
Stretch up: 5 seconds
Stretch down: 5 seconds
Five clockwise rotary stretches, one second each stretch: 5 seconds
Five counterclockwise rotary stretches, one second each stretch: 5 seconds

Total: thirty seconds for this entire set.

Repeat 10 times, for a total of five minutes.

See what your saying seems completely different then what I got information on here ill post the routine that I got.

1. Make sure your penis is in it’s flaccid (limp) state. Take one hand and grip around the head of your penis. Grip firmly, but not hard enough to feel discomfort. Take your other hand and grip around the hand gripping your penis. This will ensure a firm and tight grip.

2. Pull out directly in front of yourself, pulling with enough force to feel a good stretch in your penis. Hold and count for 30 seconds. Repeat 10 times, adding a little extra force each time, but not too hard to cause pain.

3. Relax, and slap your penis against your leg about 75 -100 times to get the blood flowing again. Rest for a minute.

4. Repeat step 2, except pulling to the left this time.

5. Repeat step 3.

6. Repeat step 2, except pulling to the right this time.

7. Repeat step 3.

8. Repeat step 2, except pulling up this time.

9. Repeat step 3.

10. Repeat step 2, except pulling down this time.

11. Finish by slapping your penis against your leg 75-100 times.

Next, Repeat step 2 as stated above, except this time rotate your penis in a circular fashion to the left about 30 times. Now rotate your penis to the right about 30 times. Keep alternating left to right, until you have completed this exercise about 5 times to each side. End by slapping your penis against your leg 75 -100 times.

As you can see it’s a lot different then the routine you posted ( I know how long a minute is thank you :D ) and for my routine the times I posted earlier were correct.
