Newbie routine for about a month
Hey, this is my first thread so I’m pretty excited.I had a few worries about gaining lengh as a noob. I need advice or any type of help that could increase the length of my unit. I have been doing stretching and jelqs for about a month but no size increase but increase in morning and night wood.so I have good pi’s but no good results. I was wondering if anyone can advice or share some GOOD ROUTINE TO GAINING LENGTH TO UNIT.THANKS A LOT!! ALL THE HELP IS NEEDED THANK AGAIN!
