Newbie routine for about a month

Hey, this is my first thread so I’m pretty excited.I had a few worries about gaining lengh as a noob. I need advice or any type of help that could increase the length of my unit. I have been doing stretching and jelqs for about a month but no size increase but increase in morning and night wood.so I have good pi’s but no good results. I was wondering if anyone can advice or share some GOOD ROUTINE TO GAINING LENGTH TO UNIT.THANKS A LOT!! ALL THE HELP IS NEEDED THANK AGAIN!

Hi flightposite23,

It’s a bit too early to worry about making gains as it sometimes takes longer for some guys than for others. Best thing is to keep at it for another month before changing your routine, Otherwise you will never get to know what gives you the best gains, if you change the routine too often.

Another small point. I imagine you pressed the Caps lock by accident, but using capitals tends to make others think you are being ‘pushy’ so if you could check your posts before sending it would be a great help.

Yeah, stick to the Newbie Routine for a couple more months to condition your unit a bit. You still have a bit of time before you know how your dick reacts to different exercises like the ones in the Newbie Routine. Trust us when we say that slow and steady wins this race.

It might be worth hitting only your ligs in your stretches for the best chance at increasing your initial gains. At least you have seen the benefits in PE with increased EQ so you shouldn’t give up.

I was pretty consistent for about a good month then after that 3 days of pe in a week. I have felt like I have failed in life so I’m trying to get some motivation to pe again. Thanks

Just focus on being disciplined, consistent, and getting good solid workouts. If you’re dedicated, the gains will come :)

Don’t forget to use heat before & after, and slowly increase the intensity & duration of your workouts. I think I’ve read 110 degrees is optimal? Personally I favor the rice sock, it seems the easiest to get to the perfect temperature.

Make sure you don’t make any foolish mistakes that could cause an injury/ like jelqing the bundle of nerves on top of your penis right behind the glans/ or by jelqing the glans directly.

Make sure to get all your starting measures, BPFSL, EG midshaft, EG base, flaccid girth, flaccid length etc etc etc… This way, regardless of how much BPEL length you gain, you’ll also be able to indentify other indicators of progress that can later on give some possible new insight into your PIs.
