Hey guys,

Day One of Luvdadus’ newbie routine today. I experimented with PE over the last 3 months and my penis has definitely gotten meatier and more venous.

My starting measurements are:

BPEL: 5.75”
Mid girth: 5”

My short term goals are 6.5” BPEL and 5.5” around

My long term goals are 8” NBPEL with a 7” girth

Questions:

1) How hard should I be pulling when I stretch?

2) As the routine stretch time increases, should the rep time increase as well (from 30 second stretched to 45 second and so on)?

3) Are there any lifestyle choices that facilitate penile growth?

4) After one finishes the first 6 weeks of the Newbie Routine, whats the next step?

1. Hard enough that you feel a stretch, not so hard as to cause any kind of uncomfortable pain.

2. I would advise you not to increase both at the same time as you want to ride out gains on the same level of intensity for as long as you can, to prevent your penis growing more resilient more quickly and stunting your growth.

3. Stay fit and healthy. Better circulation, testosterone balance (debatable) and less fat will all help you grow. There are supplements you can take to promote penile circulation, but don’t expect any of them to make it grow without exercises.

4. Reevaluate your progress.

I have heard good things about L-arginine but am unsure about what else to take.

Day Two.

5 minutes warm up in hot shower

5 minutes stretching under the hot water from the shower aimed right at my groin during stretches

- 30 seconds down, left, right, down, up, up, down
- 45 second inverted v-stretch for the tunica, direct out stretch with other hand securing the base to really amplify the stretch

10 minutes wet jelqs at 65% with baby oil at roughly 3 to 10 seconds per jelq

Still have to do the warm down and 50 kegels but will do that on way to the coffee shop!

Day Six:

Noticed my first PI!! I’ve been jelqing on and off for the last two months and my dick does look alot larger. My dick used to be able to fit through a toilet paper roll, and now I can barely get the head in there and the shaft jams it by at least a quarter cm!

Did my warm up of 10 minutes in a hot shower with the stream pointing right at my cock. This was nice since I brought an old sock into the shower with me to act as a grip aid during my stretches:

Haven’t missed a day and I don’t intend to.

Did the shower stretch routine with emphasis on down pulls over 45 second holds today.

Then did about 10 minutes of jelqing, but I’m going to up that with another workout tonight since my cock doesnt feel worked.
