Newbie Routine Experiment.
Day One of Luvdadus’ newbie routine today. I experimented with PE over the last 3 months and my penis has definitely gotten meatier and more venous.
My starting measurements are:
Mid girth: 5”
My short term goals are 6.5” BPEL and 5.5” around
My long term goals are 8” NBPEL with a 7” girth
1) How hard should I be pulling when I stretch?
2) As the routine stretch time increases, should the rep time increase as well (from 30 second stretched to 45 second and so on)?
3) Are there any lifestyle choices that facilitate penile growth?
4) After one finishes the first 6 weeks of the Newbie Routine, whats the next step?
