Hi guys

I’m new to this whole new PE thing. Been trying to do it for a bit two weeks and loving it. (Possibly because I love to play with myself, then again who doesn’t :P) So after reading all the tutorials, here is what I’ve been doing for about a week now.

Warm Up (Hot Wrap) 5 mins
Dry Jelq x 200
Manual Pull (Stretch) 3 x 30 seconds
V Stretch 10 x 10 seconds
Cool Down (Hot Wrap)

What do you think of it? And is there anywhere that I can improve my routine for a newbie?

I’m currently at 6.5” BPEL 4.25” EG and 4” BPFL. Goal is 8.5” BPEL and 6” EG.

Routine looks good to me! For now you should be practicing and perfecting the form of the exercises. Cause maximal expansion with your jelqs, etc. When I started I would read about more advanced users routines and see what results those routines produced. Whatever I wanted in my penis and seemed like a realistic thing I could implement on myself, I would! Read up on what people are doing, ie. clamping, hanging, squeezes, etc. Just condition your penis and try to max out your newbie gains for the first 3 months. Build up to more stretching, more jelqing, and pay attention to your PI’s. After that 3 months if you aren’t gaining, try something new that you’ve been wanting to try! It takes a long time and consistency to get results man!

If I were you, I’d probably be doing slightly more stretching and slightly less jelqing at this stage, but everyone needs to learn to listen to their penis and adjust their routine accordingly.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
