Newbie Routine Check Please
I’m new to this whole new PE thing. Been trying to do it for a bit two weeks and loving it. (Possibly because I love to play with myself, then again who doesn’t :P) So after reading all the tutorials, here is what I’ve been doing for about a week now.
Warm Up (Hot Wrap) 5 mins
Dry Jelq x 200
Manual Pull (Stretch) 3 x 30 seconds
V Stretch 10 x 10 seconds
Cool Down (Hot Wrap)
What do you think of it? And is there anywhere that I can improve my routine for a newbie?
I’m currently at 6.5” BPEL 4.25” EG and 4” BPFL. Goal is 8.5” BPEL and 6” EG.
