Newbie routine and loss of eq
This always happens I do very well at the start with jelqing and stretching and I get a nice hard erection thats basically 100%. The next jelqing day (every 2nd day) or the jelqing day after I always end up with around 80-90% erection quality. When that happens I usually take a week or more off but I’m tired of doing because I feel like I’m losing in on making permanent gains that can I maybe go with 3 days off and see how that works?
