This always happens I do very well at the start with jelqing and stretching and I get a nice hard erection thats basically 100%. The next jelqing day (every 2nd day) or the jelqing day after I always end up with around 80-90% erection quality. When that happens I usually take a week or more off but I’m tired of doing because I feel like I’m losing in on making permanent gains that can I maybe go with 3 days off and see how that works?

fak I have the exact same pattern recurring over 6month period.Maybe it means we need substantial rests after some gains before we can move on to gaining more??

It makes sense that it might get resistant to constantly increasing in size and having a new hardness during erections. I definitely have an up and down wave in terms of progress - maybe we need to embrace taking 3days -1week breaks after 2 or 3 weeks of work. When you think about having a penis for 20+ years without working it out it seems appropriate that he would need far more rest than working out in the early stages.

Start with a fraction of the newbie routine. When I first started, I had a similar problem and I believe that I had to start with only 5 mins of jelqing and 5 30 second stretches (1 in each direction), going 1 day on, 2 days off. As I become more conditioned, I increased both the time for each exercise and the number of times per week. Some of us are just more sensitive and have to start off slower.

yea rooster i have a feeling i need 1on 2 off even though iv been at it for 6 months now!

yea I swear I get the best improvement when I have like a 5 day break and then do a 5 minute jelq haha. Im still trying to suss my real threshold but I never knew it would be so low if it actually is. It would prove that you simply cant generalize a noobie routine if I am that sensitive
