I for one can’t see adding a extender doing any damage as it’s quite the ‘gentle’ form of stretching and it’s the extending that completely changed my limp dick, making it both longer and fuller compared to what it used to be. Now I also do a 30-35 minutes manual routine E.D as well which is working really, really well for me and my EQ is just superb even waking up sometimes due to a raging boner that takes some time to subside.
Will keep on doing this every day for months to come as it’s turning me in to a shower, which has always been one of my goals. Used to be so damn insecure about my limp dick. Also I honestly believe with me doing A-stretches, basic ones and extending is doing the trick for me as it really works my entire dick, and ending my manual routine with 60, 5 sec stroke dry jelqs has made my E.Q superhuman, lol.
Not bagging on the newbie routine but none of them gave next to nothing in gains and I just experimented until I found what works for me.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.
