Hey guys,

I’ve been PEing with the Newbie Routine for a solid 3 months.
I have gone from ~6” NBPEL x ~5.5” EG to a ~6.5” NBPEL x ~5.6” EG. Feels great.

However, I was wondering if, instead of doing a 2 day on 1 day off routine, I could do a 3 day on 1 day off.
I feel my dick could manage this as I get morning wood and erections are 10/10 at the moment.

I guess I just want your advice before I this plan into action. :)


After 3 months you have conditioned yourself enough to add more to your workout. Try it and if you don’t notice any negative effects, go for it.

Absolutely after 3 months. Just don’t go overboard and no advanced exercises.

There should be no problem doing this. And there is a lot of guys, including me, do 5 days on and 2 off without any problem.
