Newbie questions

Before I’m starting to PE I wanted to read everything to be sure of what am I doing.
I have few questions about the newbie routine:

1. 5 minutes hot wrap - Does having a shower can replace the hot wrap ?
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches) - Which stretch should I use for now? Simple manual? BTC? (Etc.)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes) - I’m circumcised which jelq should I do ?
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

And maybe the most important question:
It is written that I need to have a 60% - 80% erection.
How can I control it ?
When my penis is starting to get erected should I stop the blood flow or something like that ?

For some people yes, others no. The best way to find out would be to spend a couple of weeks testing both the hot-wrap and the shower-warmup. There is a certain pleasure and easiness jelqing, and a complete lack of pain stretching if your warm-up is a good one. I ain’t gonna put down the shower-warmup as I used it myself for months when I first discovered PE. It is very simple and quick, and I like it because of that. But I know from experience that you can get a much more effective warm-up if you put your mind to it, and the benefits are indeed worth the effort.

That should help with all the above questions. Make you ‘get it’ before starting. Don’t rush into it - spend some weeks practising the exercises before beginning the Newbie Routine proper. :)

Get a semi-hardon. Think of it like that instead of 70-80% or whatever.

It’s not so much controlling, as being completely ‘passive’ or ‘indifferent’ about what you’re doing. If you think of PE as sublimely or fundamentally sexual it will be hard to keep it down. The indifference is something that comes with practise - all you can do now is hum in your head ‘till it goes soft again. Yes, this can be quite an annoying/time wasting procedure.

BTC is pretty intense for a beginner: I would stay with SO, and SD for the first little while. Leave the BTC until your penis is conditioned.

TBO is right: it simply takes practice to jelq with a half-erection. Jelqing when your penis is too hard can injure you, so please be careful! DO NOT attempt to cut off the flow of blood to your penis. Just practice getting a “semi”!

I know about the videos and I saw the jelqing vids few times but still can’t understand which should I use.
Oh and by the way. The stretching videos doesn’t work and reading the manual just doesn’t really help as good as seeing the vids.

GM by saying SO & SD do you mean stretching up and down? (I’ve read the glossary).
