Before I’m starting to PE I wanted to read everything to be sure of what am I doing.
I have few questions about the newbie routine:
1. 5 minutes hot wrap - Does having a shower can replace the hot wrap ?
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches) - Which stretch should I use for now? Simple manual? BTC? (Etc.)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes) - I’m circumcised which jelq should I do ?
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
And maybe the most important question:
It is written that I need to have a 60% - 80% erection.
How can I control it ?
When my penis is starting to get erected should I stop the blood flow or something like that ?
