Newbie Questions

Alright, so I have a couple of questions. The first I looked through search for, but couldn’t find an answer that told me what I needed, and the second is more personal advice.

1.) What does it mean to be partially erect? And how should I interpret fluctuations in erection level during PE? I tried PE a few times before and assumed 50% erect would leave you in a state where you can basically whirlwind around without discomfort because of still having plenty of floppiness, but the example videos show someone who looks mostly erect to me. Is a partial erection actually referring to when you’re pretty much full size but have some give still?

2.) I feel like I wet jelq too fast, and it can be inconvenient since I’m uncircumcised, so I’ve been doing dry jelq even though I’m a newbie and the forum says to start with wet. It feels easier for me to be consistent and treat it as a work out when doing dry jelqs, but I just can’t translate the Newbie Routine to them. Starting with 200 strokes is definitely stressing my member, and I’m only doing every other day rather than 2 days on 1 day off. Can I get a number on a reasonable number to start with?

Consensus is that dry jelqs are more intense than wet jelqs.

Recommendation is to start with the wet version but if you decide against this, cut in half the amount.
