As “newbie,” I have a few questions to ask. First off, I have purchased the X4 Labs Traction Device. I have been using it for a couple weeks now. While reading some of the post off their site, I found this one. I am really curious about PE I guess it’s called, or a Jelq? Is that correct? Anyway, what’s a good routine to do that takes about 5-10 minutes (something I can hide from the wife, lol). I’m looking for that “WOW!” factor, lol, you know? That expression that would make any many crack a cheesy smile, lol. Also, what’s a good exercise for girth? I know they are probably all over this site, but can someone tell me exactly where?
