So sometimes during the day or after I jelq, I get like a “vibrating” sensation in my penis, it doesn’t hurt or anything, but does this mean it might be growing perhaps? Oh and I just wanted to post my routine to see if there’s anything else I should be doing:

1. Shower
2. Stretch in the shower, 30 seconds down, 20 seconds down to the right and left, 20 seconds completely to the left and right, and 30 seconds straight up
3. Overhand wet jelq for 50 strokes (3 seconds per jelq), stretch, 50 strokes, stretch, 50 strokes
4. A few quick kegels

I don’t see any warm ups or downs,

Do you warm up enough or at all in the shower?

and how about a warm down after jelqing, before you kegel.

Remember = The better the warm up/down the less stress on the old boy.

As has been said before ‘this is the only dick you get’ - Look after it!

Oh crap, how do I warm up/down?

Wrap a hot towel around your dick for 5-10 minutes. Or you can use a rice sock.

Do it wherever, but make sure that you apply heat directly to your penis.

Just running the warm shower water over your penis, in my opinion is not enough before a workout!

I made the same mistake early on, trying to cut corners after a run, it doesn’t work,
“getting the warm shower water to warm my penis and then worked out”, within an hour of me doing just that My head was covered in Red pin pricks and it F#*#*# wasn’t very nice.
I haven’t and won’t do that anymore.

I use a facecloth in hot water (works wonders).

Yeah I used a loofa (sp) to cover it. That wash cloth idea seems to be a pretty good idea, too. Is it all right for a newbie to use the Uli jelq?

I get bumps sometimes right below the head of my penis. Is that ‘cause I’m not stretching or warming up enough?
