Newbie Questions Regarding Duration
I have been browsing the site and I am ready to start on PE. I know that determination is very important, but how do you guys find the time to do this day after day? Could someone please give me an example or plan of how you incorporated PE into your life (especially for working adults, who work the entire day and only come back at night)?
Another reason I am asking this is also because of a few reasons. I feel like my PE sessions always extend to far more than is required. For instance:
1) I feel like I don’t get a very good grip when doing stretches and feel like I am pulling more on skin instead of tissue (I’m uncircumcised btw).
2) warming up is important, but sometimes even after I put a warm towel on my penis region to warm it up, the ligaments still don’t feel very “malleable” and “loose”, which I think will affect the results of the PE sessions quite significantly.
3) When doing jelqs and stretches, I often get an erection roughly 10 jelqs / 15 seconds of stretches in. This is also not good for gains as well.
