Newbie Questions Regarding Duration

I have been browsing the site and I am ready to start on PE. I know that determination is very important, but how do you guys find the time to do this day after day? Could someone please give me an example or plan of how you incorporated PE into your life (especially for working adults, who work the entire day and only come back at night)?

Another reason I am asking this is also because of a few reasons. I feel like my PE sessions always extend to far more than is required. For instance:

1) I feel like I don’t get a very good grip when doing stretches and feel like I am pulling more on skin instead of tissue (I’m uncircumcised btw).

2) warming up is important, but sometimes even after I put a warm towel on my penis region to warm it up, the ligaments still don’t feel very “malleable” and “loose”, which I think will affect the results of the PE sessions quite significantly.

3) When doing jelqs and stretches, I often get an erection roughly 10 jelqs / 15 seconds of stretches in. This is also not good for gains as well.

Anyone has good solutions for my problems? Thanks in advance, and have a great day ahead.

Finding the right time slot is so individual it nealry is impossible to give a good recommendation. It’s a question of priorities: if PE is important then you’ll find an adequate slot :-)

Your questions
1. Try to grip with some toilet paper to reduce the slip. But pull foreskin back first.
2. Try a microwave heated rice sock.
3. Hard to say. Maybe think of your mortgage pay or something very unsexy :-)

Hi Penisman.
You have to find you own spot unfortunately. I like doing it at night just before my evening bath. The bath helps with the warm down so its two birds with one stone and saves a bit of time. Now the questions.
1. That’s why the newbie routine is important. It conditions the penis and stretches what needs to be stretched. I also felt I was only stretching skin in the beginning but the more I did it the better I got at it. Now with more experience I feel the ligs stretching nicely. Trial and error my friend.
2. Rice sock in the microwave might be for you. Personally I prefer a wet towel. Sometimes it takes a bit longer and sometimes I have to edge a bit to really get the heat everywhere as extra blood spreads the heat evenly. You can try it and see for yourself. I can loose my erection very fast if I want to so it works for me.
3. Well just stop, calm down and then go again. Think of whatever you have to to keep yourself from getting excited.

Yeah, I know that everyone’s schedule is different, but I just wanted to get a sensing of what time the others do it, so that maybe I can plan my own timings in the same manner too.

Also, toilet paper doesn’t seem like a very good idea does it? Especially when it gets wet with lube or water when you are doing the PE routine?

You probably won’t find a wider field of possible answers for any other question. People’s lives and schedules are highly individual. If it’s important to you, you’ll find the time you need to make in order to make it happen. Somewhere. It also depends a lot on how long your routine takes - I’m probably in a bad position to give advice here, because my routine takes so little time.

You’d do the stretching with toilet paper before you put lube on your dick for jelqing. Frankly, I’d just keep practicing, trial and error the heck out of it, to find the right grip that works for you. I had the same problem, also tried toilet paper, but it turned out I just needed to find what works for me.

No. I’m circumcised. For medical reasons, nothing to do with religion. But just pull the skin back before you start. Use the V grip in your stretches if you struggle.

Oh maybe I have forgotten one precision: as I heat up using the rice sock and then do stretching as first exercise, the penis is clean and dry.

Although I am circumcised, I use toilet or cosmetic towels because I have a better grip and have to squeeze less for the same amount of pulling force. I think that is beneficial, but that’s just a belief.
