Hello there, I just joined this forum a few minutes ago and I have been waiting quite a bit until the registration was open to begin jelqing. While at first I had a lot of questions, by reading this forum they has narrowed down greatly:

Question 1: Can a proper PE exercise routine not have any stretching in it? Personally I only want to grow about less than a quarter of an inch longer than I was before

Question 2: Is it normal for the scrotum’s skin to sort of be “stuck” on the penis? I notice that the excess skin sort of tightens up, but when flaccid I think it makes my cock look shorter (along with the hair growing on it, which I shaved off).

Q1 - I think you really need to want to gain in order to gain anything in PE. So if you aren’t looking for much length, it’s not like you can wake up and the next day you have 1 inch extra length and say “oh no it grew too much”. And if your not looking for a big gain, you aren’t going to put much energy into it are you? So I don’t think you have to worry about this problem.

Q2 - I believe this is called a turkey neck. Search for “turkey neck”. Plenty of posts here about it. Here is one Official Turkey Neck Thread!

1. Yes, you can focus on girth without affecting length much. Jelqing at 50-70% erection is an excellent exercise that will target primarily your girth.

2. There is a “official turkey neck thread”. The term for searching the net for options on this topic is “peno-scrotal webbing”, generally caused by overly aggressive circumcision.

I don’t want to sound cynical Dude, but most guys on this site joined to get there dicks as big as possible, to grow as many inches as possible, and to get as fat as possible, some just want to be average, and some want porn star dicks, but if all you want is < 1/4 inch, well that should be easy without streching.

A little jelking a couple times a week at a low level erecton, 50% to 60%.

I’m just courious and I know it’s none of my business but why only less than a 1/4 inch? If anyone in this Forum is totally devoted to making there penis larger and adheres to a good sound routine, they usually do achieve there goals, there are also other benifits to PE, stronger erections, orgasams and better overal penial health. Why not expand your goals?

After all, you sounded like you were glad to finally become a member, but for just <1/4 of an inch doesn’t make sense to me. Good luck achieving your goal.

Everyone has different goals. I have no desire to be above 8” x 6”. My wife has commented that she would have no desire for me to be over 8” x 6”. If the guy only wants a 1/4” to be HIS ideal size then why question that. Most of the world says that as an adult, you can’t make your penis permanently bigger at all. We know that we can. Let’s not question his goal, lets help him achieve it! Just my .02

Maybe he is already 9.3 inches long. :D

I kind of understand his approach (I’m doing weight training but not trying to become “huge”) but yeah.

A word of advice for PE I think, is to try and go past your goals, even .2 or .3 inch. So that when you stop there is more chance of cementing the gains at your goal size. I am years away from this point, but I think it’s risky to quit PE the day after you reach your goal.

Thank you for your comments so far. The reason I only want to grow about a quarter of an inch is that my penis is actually about that size shorter from six inches. However I will do the regular routine (and I’ll actually incorporate the stretching), and if things go smoothly it is only natural that I will go way beyond my goals. And about the turkey neck, I’m not circumcised so chances are there may have been another cause. Should I see a doctor about this?

I didn’t mean any offense, if I did, I apologize! I have a knack of putting my foot in my mouth some times.

There’s a great bunch of guys here to help you along, and thanks, for answering my question, you didn’t have to, I did say, “It’s none of my business”.

I guess I was on one of my rants. I was just hoping you wanted to go as far as “Thunders” could take you. I’m also glad your contemplating some stretching, it was the key for me getting to my first goal.

I wish I could help you with your other problem but maybe someone else with experience in these matters would chime in. If it were to bother me, sure I’d probably go and get it checked out, but that is entirely up to you.

I understand where you are coming from Buttonbuck so don’t worry. People come here frequently with unrealistic expectations about PE and often give up instantly when they don’t see anything happen in a month and with an inconsistent routine so it is only natural for you to be on your guard.

My current plan is to go to the doctor about the turkey-neck and if it is needed I’ll have surgery. I don’t think it’d be wise to do any PE while recovering, but I’ll do it if anyone can prove otherwise. And about cementing, what is the recommended routine for that? Thanks ;)

A little off topic here Gotum, but I noticed you’re from France. That’s my great dilema right now, to buy another cylinder and a vacuum stretcher off of Ebay, or buy a book on Labete Du Gevaudan.

I ‘ve also got a turkey neck, it does look bad..

So I am pulling the shaft skin everyday hopefully I could get rid of it
