Newbie Questions - I hope some senior members could answer these
First of all, congrats to the great effort in gathering all these valuable info! I was really skeptical before entering here, but I’ve seen serious posts that encouraged me starting this PE journey.
I’m a newbie (02/2010) and I’ve just started the newbie routine.
But a lot of doubts came to my mind while I was doing my workout:
1st: What should be a good interval between two kegels/two stretches? Cause during the exercises, you Jelq continuously, but what about the rest time after one kegel/stretch and the next one? (I mean, thinking in the kegels, for example: you contract and hold for 5 seconds, but how long you wait after release the muscle and then contract again?)
2nd: Ok, I’m aware PE workout it’s not the same as muscle training (muscle hypertrophy). But as it is said that the tunica tissue material is mainly collagen, is it worth to ingest it somehow? (By eating jelly, maybe)
3rd: When we think about increase size by stretching the tunica (as it is composed by collagen fibers and not muscles), would it get thinner with time? (And consequently, more susceptible to diseases like Peyronie?)
