New to PE and am hoping on some gains. I’ve dabbled in newbie routines of and on for a about 2 months, maybe once a week if that. Not expecting any gains then but now that it’s summer here and I’ve got some free time and some more motivation I’d like to get more into this. I’m at around 4.25 flaccid length and 6.45 erect length. I don’t know the girth ( I can’t find a tape measure anywhere) but I can say I really want to work on girth (and length of course). I’m going for ambitious measures here and want to be around 8” erect. I’m just wondering around how long do you think this might take. I’ll go as long as needed and I have no problems stretching, jelqing, hanging what ever.

Also I’ve got a bit of a problem with erections. No, it’s not that I can’t keep it up. My problem is keeping it down, during a make out session with my semi-abstinent happy girlfriend. I’m trying to respect her wishes, is there anything I can do to help control this?

To gain 1.5”, it can take anywhere between 3 months and never. It all depends on your physiology, workout, and consistency.

As for keeping it down, be thankful for what you’ve got. Wear baggy pants.

The only routine I can recommend to you right now is the newbie routine. Keep at it for 3 or 4 months, steadily increasing time and intensity. If you stop gaining, take 3 or 4 months off and start it again.

Yeah I’m not complaining that I can become erect. Just a bit annoying as I almost continually have to worry about poking her stomach (she’s short). Like I said I’ll stay with it as long as I need to everyday, on-off day, whatever. Just point me in the right direction.

How will I know when to increase anything?

For the record, I don’t THINK there is a correlation between the vaginal cavity and her height. :)

Wear tight underwear, but I don’t think it is healthy on your penis.

EL = Erect Length
FL = Flaccid Length
Fg= Flaccid Girth

Is 3 days on 1 off good for that newbie routine? I’m looking for fast(ish) gains but if it’s completely going to tear my penis off I’d rather not. Also I’ve noticed the red spots a little, this is of too much pressure? They’re right under the head, to see them I have to pull whats left of the foreskin back. I’m off tomorrow since this is day 2.

As it turns out Wal-Mart has been hiding the cable clamps. I just bought some. Gonna start clamping for about 3-5 min max on Friday, since tomorrow is off. If anyone can help with the above question I’ll post it again.

If you are just starting the newbie routine, put that clamp in the closet for at least a couple of months. Fastish gains usually end up in injury and a set back time wise. Or worse yet, no gains at all because you are overdoing it.

I thought about that, so I’m doing a quarter of the clampage. I’d clamp about 1.5 minute with 2-3min between another 1.5. Or 2.5min with 3.5min between. I’m trying to stay down in time just so I can condition my penis to being used to the clamping so that when I start increasing time in a few months it won’t be as much of a shock. You know what I find absolutely hilarious about cable clamps and us PE’ers ( well you PE’ers and me) The big yellow one says: “WARNING: Keep away from children. Choking hazard. Never attach this product to any part of your body” and what do we buy them for? Haha

Kegels on off day? I’m kinda addicted at the moment and am going to have a hard time today not PEing. But are kegels OK?
