I was wondering if there are any vitamins or even certain types of food that could have a positive/negative effect on my PE effort’s

Check out some of the threads in the supplements forum. That is the best advice I can give you. Much debate has occurred over this topic.

Negative = caffeine, ephedrine (vasoconstrictors)
Positive = Arginine (IE NOX2, almonds, raisins, brown rice and many other foods), Ginko, Cayenne (vasodialators)

Vitamins are good for your all around health, so make sure your getting enough.
