I’m like 2 weeks into PE. My first few times was mostly stretching and a little bit of wet jelq just to get the feel for things. Yesterday was my first day of actually doing the noobie routine. I did the Noobie Routine yesterday and actually put some squeeze with3-4 second slow glide to my glans. I have to say I was not able to even do 50 within 12-13 minutes while the noobie routine asks for 200 10 minutes. My main question is, is it supposed to feel like an all out body work out? Since I was sweating and my arms were getting fatigued. Is it a technique/rhythm kind of thing where I will eventually get to do 200 wet Jelqs in 10 minutes?

I don’t think I’m out of shape. Since my resting Heart rate is about 58 BPM and I swim and can run 3 miles in like 24 minutes easy. 5 feet 6 inches 160lbs

You are using way too much force and pressure. Go slow, and gentle and work up to the 200 after a couple of months. Each jelq should be 3-4 seconds of GENTLE force; 200 in 10 minutes is silly.

Just because it is called the Newbie Routine, does not mean you will be able to do the entire routine right away. enlarging your penis is not like lifting weights or just a normal exercise, you are not stretching a muscle but stretching a ligament. Work your way up slowly, this is not a race. Just remember, too much can be just that, too much.

I am new to the forum, about six weeks, and just registered this week. I have been jelqing around in the dark since the early summer, doing Internet research, etc., working to overcome ED.

I trained in a physical discipline for 25 or more years and once I understood what the penis consisted of, I was certain that working the muscle groups and ligaments, collectively in the beginning, and individually when that became possible, would help.

Since finding this site I have been working on the Newbie Routine, faithfully, 2 nights on one night off.

I have only followed a time structure exactly when teaching classes, when training myself, by body is my clock. I work the Newbie Routine for one an a half or two hours on a training nights and this week I have begun adding an exercise I have found on the site that piqued my interest, not to work it to the degree of the more experienced posters, but I try the exercise. I also do Kegel exercises throughout the day, probably a few hundred.

I did have to work my way up to that length of training, but I thoroughly enjoy it now. My wife says I am enjoying it way too much, which I considered, but what I enjoy is being a sexual being again.

By the way, my wife and I are having activity every Saturday now for the first times in two years. This forum deserves a lot of the credit for this. I initially wasn’t interested in enlargement, but now I want a monster ;)

200 jelqs in 10 minutes is crazy. I take about an hour for the full routine. And then 20 to 30 minutes extra for edging. Don’t take it as a rule that you have to do 200 in 10 minutes. If you can do only 40, then do 40. The fatigue is a problem. I think you are gripping to hard. Ease up. You have to condition your poor guy first. Remember that you can injure your dick, so don’t be too hard on it. You only have one. Take it slow and work your way up. Try the Linear Newbie Routine as its been adapted for real newbies. Not guys who took a deconditioning break.

Thanks for the replays guys. Today was a bit better . Did the entire newbie routin except I got up to like 70 wet jelqs. Was easy on the little guy this time and it wasn’t as tiring. Will be doing 1day on 1 day off .

Did a search on edging . What is the purpose of it and what exactly is edging? Can someone post the thread that explains it please .
