Newbie Question
I’m like 2 weeks into PE. My first few times was mostly stretching and a little bit of wet jelq just to get the feel for things. Yesterday was my first day of actually doing the noobie routine. I did the Noobie Routine yesterday and actually put some squeeze with3-4 second slow glide to my glans. I have to say I was not able to even do 50 within 12-13 minutes while the noobie routine asks for 200 10 minutes. My main question is, is it supposed to feel like an all out body work out? Since I was sweating and my arms were getting fatigued. Is it a technique/rhythm kind of thing where I will eventually get to do 200 wet Jelqs in 10 minutes?
I don’t think I’m out of shape. Since my resting Heart rate is about 58 BPM and I swim and can run 3 miles in like 24 minutes easy. 5 feet 6 inches 160lbs
I was able to do the entire newbie routine with the exception of the 200 Jelq . I only got to about 40
This morning my shaft and glans feel sore. I plan to take today off.
