Hey y’all. I started newbie routine on 8-1-2015of 150 wet jelqs Consisting of 3 sets of 50 reps with basic stretches 2 sets each direction for 30 seconds each. Two days on one day off is how I do it. In the beginning post workout my flaccid would be thicker n long but last few workouts it swivels right back to pre workout flaccid size girth wise.. I’ve noticed I hang lower flaccid all the time since starting PE but I am wondering why the fullness post workout has diminished right away usually would stay for a hr or so now like 10 minutes any suggestions or explanations? Also few months ago I was messing around like clamping but just with hands for fun I would squeeze erected penis at base and right before glans for a minute and swell up to 5.5 girth. .. Is this a good sign I could have good potential for girth since I swelled that much? Thanks.

It sounds like you are going slightly overboard, most likely with your grip force. Try backing off on the intensity a little bit and see it your after results go back to a nice full flaccid.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I agree with gprent. Yes. You have a good potential for girth.

[/QUOTE. I will try less force maybe the amount of force it takes to close my hand into a fist. As for intensity do you mean less sets of reps? How long between sets is one supposed to rest I usually rest like 30 seconds.

The intensity I was talking about is your grip force. The tendency as you progress with PE is naturally slowly increase your grip pressure because you are used to the feeling and you are liking your results, so you figure a little more is better. But when your results start going downhill, that is your body telling you that you are causing more damage then benefit. I am pretty sure that when you back off a bit your good after results will return.

As far as resting between sets, what you are doing is fine. When I jelqed, I never counted, I would just jelq for 15 to 20 minutes straight.

I backed off on the pressure and the fullness returned to stay a little longer but not like the first time I did wet jelq but maybe that’s like “first time” with anything? The stretches beforehand really seem to be stretching my penis more and more as time goes on. Last night I had sex and usual I stay pretty hard after cumming but this time it seems to have also hung longer in a stretched state after cumming and omg could I literally see every vein in my penis. I definitely have noticed since PE work my veins are surfaced and pumped out a lot more in both erect and flaccid! Hopefully this is good sign.

I have also changed my lubricant up and seems to be really paying off by allowing me good milking action. My flaccid all day long is definitely hanging longer all day and every time I do stretch I can really feel like it stretching good. I don’t see my penis girth change yet even though my flacid and erect state feels much harder and fuller. So with the flacid length gains and fullness I should be on the right track right as far as conditioning goes right guys?

Quick question.. I use overhand grip and sometimes underhand. I just caught myself that I don’t put pressure on bottom or top of shaft only the sides. Am I doing it wrong? Also, if you are to put pressure on top bottom. Is it ok to do push urethra tube down as you stroke?

Thanks guys. Any other people want to chime in? I am definitely seeing flaccid hanging gains here and former and fuller in both flacid and erect states and EQ great. However, I want to make sure I am jelqing right because I’m aiming for the width as well. Currently 1 and five eights at shaft base wide. I hope to get to 2.5 wide some day. Is this likely or does penis shaft typically get rounder on mid sides and bottom? Like growing downwards and not out on top? Thanks yall

Sorry was reading this and I’m confused when jelqing should you be applying pressure around entire shaft or only on sides? I am also new and have been using pressure all the way around

I am afraid I’ll have to insist. Pressure on the sides only.
